I would not recommend using Walgreens Pharmacy in Auburn. One of the technicians was very rude and…read moredelayed needed medicine because she said State Law doesn't allow refills. Instead of checking, she continued to be unprofessional, unkind, uncooperative, and rude! She was wrong and the pharmacist was wrong. State Law does approve a refill on pregabalin. I switched to Tops pharmacy. Tops pharmacy is wonderful and everyone is knowledgeable and professional. I called Walgreens Corporate Office twice and no return phone call. That is very unprofessional. I hope this pharmacy will get the needed training in the future so that others do not have to go without needed medicine.
