Instead of checking, she continued to be unprofessional, unkind, uncooperative, and rude! She was wrong and the pharmacist was wrong. State Law does approve a refill on pregabalin. I switched to Tops pharmacy. Tops pharmacy is wonderful and everyone is knowledgeable and professional. I called Walgreens Corporate Office twice and no return phone call. That is very unprofessional. I hope this pharmacy will get the needed training in the future so that others do not have to go without needed medicine.
