After 10 mins I called the store and asked them to send someone to help me. This is Not acceptable. No one seems to be in this department anywhere. I have a work crew costing me a lot of money waiting on me to bring electric wire back so they can finish their job. Finally after 25 mins I go walking and find Michel- very helpful friendly man called Rob and Rob came quickly and was nice and helpful.

They are attentive but not in your way.
