When I picked him up he looked incredible, easily one of the best grooms he's ever had in nine years. Then, when I went to pay, she told me she was covering the entire visit. I tried to argue, I was so determined to pay and tip her big, but she wouldn't budge. She just said, 'You have enough going on.' I completely broke down crying right there. I've told this story to so many people this week and I cry every single time, watching them tear up too. *Shell, your talent is amazing, but your kindness and compassion is what I'll never forget. About almost three years ago I was looking for a grooming salon for my senior dog, Ryder. I found this place and fell in love with the staff. They treated my baby with love and have never had a problem with them! I was a bit nervous introducing him into a new environment because we had just moved but he got comfortable so quick, I wasn't sure how he would like it because he was older and "grumpier" but I always received Ryder very happy with his tail wagging, he was always excited to come get groomed. They always left him smelling good and his coat was always so shiny and smooth. And not only that but they were so affordable for having a small senior dog! They say he has a panic attack even with trazadone prescription medication to calm him. Some have nicked him, which I understand can happen, but I am so happy to say Elevated Pet Grooming never has and they have groomed him every 6 weeks for going on 4 years. They are very communicative, always confirm a few days in advance, and I am very happy to give them a 5 star review and recommend them! My neighbors also use them so I know I am not the only one well pleased! :)

Our dog was cut up and had razor burns from her grooming appointment, and they shaved her bare to the skin and did not even give her a bath prior to shaving off all of her hair. (Do NOT go to Juleah!!) When we expressed our disappointment, the staff was extremely rude, dismissive, and unapologetic instead of showing any concern for what had happened. It appeared that she had not been given water or the basic care we would expect while she was there. Our dog seemed visibly distressed and unlike herself. Cutting a dog and drastically changing their haircut without what we requested. We trusted this salon with our dog and expected her to be treated with care. Will never be returning, and I would strongly encourage other pet owners to think twice before leaving their dog here.

My first appointment was unexpectedly cancelled due to an emergency that required the shop to…read moreclose. The owner went out of her way to call and text back to rectify the situation, since I had traveled far and had left work early. I was able to come back in Saturday, and my cat, The Goonch, was taken in immediately, and she got right to work. I appreciate the accommodations made for my fussy, grumpy brat cat, as this was his first grooming ever (and my first appointment ever) so we both didn't know what to expect. She clipped his nails with ease, and quite a bit of matted fur was removed from his sanitary trim. He feels so much better and unmatted around his backside/stomach area now, it's night and day. I was with my cat the whole time, got to hold him to help with the shaving, made things a lot easier and made me feel better to be present the whole time.
