One of the best nostalgia game / collectibles stores I've been to! They have a variety of games and toys to choose from. For example, all PlayStation consoles to include the original PS1, PS2, PS3, PS4, PS5. Xbox , Nintendo game boy , game cube , Wii and switch models. They also have Pokémon cards. I could go on and on. Definitely check this place out. If you are into retro nostalgia!!! it's definitely not junk to me. I got to chat with the owner Brandon after I purchased two PlayStation 2 games that I had to add to my collection. He was very friendly / informative and it was a pleasure to chat with him. Prices are very fair here. Definitely won't be my last time here. I could literally just come here and be happy just to look around the store :) it brings back so many memories of my childhood.

It is a store now in its own separate building owned by a very nice guy known as Brandon Farr. They carry everything from action figures to video games to VHS tapes and many more. Arcades and shirts are added bonus to this wonderful store. It is a cool store for a variety of nostalgia collectibles and oddities.

The store might be small but it's filled with 90's memorabilia and great retro games. The owner is very nice.

Do you love comics? Do you love Funko pops?…read more Do you love toys? Well, if you answers yes to any of those questions, Comics and Collectibles in East Hartford, CT is a place you should probably be checking out. I was in Connecticut a few weeks back visiting family and friends when one of them took me to check this place out. From the outside, it doesn't look like much, but when you walk in and head downstairs you are punched in the face by an insane amount of comics and a massive space filled with both them and everything else you could want as well. It seems this store carries new stuff while also having a huge back catalogue and even an entire edition full of complete sets for you to sift through (I ended up finding two awesome sets from Clive Barker, Night Breed and Hellraiser). The toy section here has all sorts of stuff from statues and Funko pops to vintage toys both in and out of the package. Overall, this is a top notch spot for comics and toys if you live in Connecticut. This place has an amazing inventory, a friendly staff, and even though it might be the least creative name for a comic shop I've ever seen, it's about what's inside that counts!

I am so new to the video game world. I just picked up a PS4 for my family so I have no experience…read morewith game providers. I found places like Target and Toys R Us to be overpriced with limited selection. Then we found Gamestop. What I love about this place is that they specialize in games and are happy to help with questions. I'm a dummy in this regard so they've helped me tremendously. The main reason I go to Gamestop is the wide selection used games. Since I'm so new and have a young family, why start with all new games? Sometimes you can find the newest used, like I did with Battlefront II. There are even games you can get for a few bucks which is the best way build up the catalog. I spent the money on an elite membership, which gets you the cheaper rates on used games. They also give you a better discount for reselling your old games. They even took my old Wii games. On busy days, the lines can be long as this is a popular location and if you go in with the right expectations, it's ok. To sum up, focus on used games, sell your old ones and buy the membership. I could get addicted to this.

The red rocks near this shopping center are unique and interesting to look at, and there are many other great things to do while in the area (they are directly next door to Sweet Frog). The service is acceptable but they seem to be a bit understaffed as is common with big companies these days. The GameStop and PSA grading service is the big seller here for me personally. I have a collection of trading cards that I needed evaluated and the staff was kind and professional when working with me. I have since used this particular service many times and have never been let down. I highly recommend looking into the lesser known services that these folks offer such as mobile phone trade ins and of course the PSA. I have scored a few knickknacks for my collection here as well, also at very reasonable prices that I have never felt cheated by. If you know what you are looking for, or just want to browse to find a new favorite series, game, or toy, this is the store for you.
