The lamb and potatoes were tender, and there was the the right amount of sauce or gravy for the rice. The chicken tikka masala was perfect, again tender chicken and just the right heat at 7. But it was so filling we couldn't finish it all. It'll make a nice leftover for lunch tomorrow! The malai kofta had a slightly sweet and certainly spicy flavor, at an 8, and we finished it all - it was so good. Topped it off with garlic naan, and some Sprites. The kadhai was very good -the meat was tender and the sauce was delish. The portion, for the price, was a bit steep. Maybe a scant cup of meat, a cup of sauce, and a cup and a half of rice for $15 -no sides or bread. The chicken fried rice wasn't great. Salt helped, but it was maybe a 5/10. The ras malai was really, really off-putting. I worried at one point that the balls were actually styrofoam and not food. Further, they were not in a cardamom condensed milk -they were in plain sugar syrup and they were definitely not cottage cheese patties. I checked against the website to ensure they didn't prepare them a different way -I think, perhaps, they were out of that item as well and threw a few things together. It was, really, really bad. I would probably not try again -from being out of half our food to us only liking one item, too costly and too much of a risk.
