Their store is one of the largest ones I've seen with a decent variety of products. What I like most is they will price match, they leave you to browse on your own, but there is always someone nearby when you do need help and they're pretty friendly. If you pay cash or EFTPOS, they'll give you an even further discount. Always a plus! The only downside are their trading hours. They're only open until 5:30 PM Mon-Thurs and 5 PM on weekends, so we have to wait until the weekend or Friday when they're open until 9 PM. Would recommend.

Earlier this week - 6 weeks after the on site visit by the original tech i had a follow up call from The Original PC Doctor. I told them i was not satisfied with the tech that was provided. They totally got on board. There was a technican made available, instantly if i had wanted, but I took the option for a return call later on that day. I received the call at the designated time and the technician stayed on line untill every issue was resolved at no charge whatsoever. Not only was the replacement tech very knowledgeable...but super efficient; super friendly and had a great sense of humour. Thank you guys at the The Original PC Doctor... I love this place. So do my friends. I've lost count of how many CDs and DVDs I've bought here…read moreover the years. A few of my friends go here, check out what's just been released, then buy it online for a bit of a saving, but this is one case where I don't mind spending the extra buck or two to have a good shopping experience. They've been invaluable to me in the past when putting in new car stereos and that sort of thing too. I've been given plenty of good advice by the staff here over the years, and I'll keep going back just because of this. It can get pretty busy, but I think that's just because most people who turn up early for the cinemas browse the store before their movie starts. I know I do.

The JB at Knox is one of the better JB's in Melbourne…read more Every time I have been here, which is a lot, the service has been great, even though the place is usually packed. Don't be discouraged if you see a big line at the checkout. It moves fast. The store itself is pretty big, and stocks all your DVDs, CDs, electrical goods and everything else you'd expect in a JB. This place is also handy as it's located right near the cinemas so it's a great way to fill in time when waiting for a movie.
