I had my eye glass prescription filled by another place and the glasses just weren't right...I took the Same prescription to Optical Options and the difference was amazing! I arrived at 8:30 for an 8:45 appointment and I left the office at 10:20 after skipping my dilation. I have a rare eye issue and skipping a yearly dilation is not safe, but I worried if I did it that I would be there for three hours instead of two. Dr. Nolan went as fast as she could and apologized, but then when I went to the front desk to pick up my prescriptions I had to wait another 15 minutes on top of the over 1.5 hours I had already spent in that building. I was going to be late for a meeting for work, so I went in the back and begged them to just hand me my scripts and send me a bill and they debated with me that I still needed to wait until the doctor came out and handed me the paperwork herself. The front desk is exceedingly rude, and for the record, I had an incomplete yearly eye exam that took two hours start to finish and only because I made a scene. They should seriously be embarrassed of what they have done to this practice.

My contacts are monthly & I get a 12 month supply so I need to get my checkup. I called today 10-12-26 & was told that the first appointment was not available until January & I said that I needed something before that I was told sorry she couldn't do anything. All the ppl fitting kept raving about this blue gray frames. I ordered them. When they came in there made me look like a clown. I could not see clearly in my right eye. Had my eyes rechecked. Got a change in my prescription. Then told them since I would need a new prescription I wanted a different frame. Told them I wanted a tortoises shell colored frame. Again got fitted. 2 weeks later I went into pick. Again could not focus. They re-ordered new glasses again. Thought the third time would be a charm but nope. Told him no thank you. Went to Costco to have my prescription filled. Much cheaper and they did the good job the first time.
