Been searching for a new gym to go to and one that allows filming. Got a day pass on a Saturday to check this gym out and it was a great experience. They have everything you need, not packed, and seems like a welcoming environment. I might just sign up

    Boxing ring in the back

Been at this gym for a few months now...it's my first private gym and I don't plan on going back to any commercial gym after my experience here. Equipment is great, area is great, people are great...not to mention it's faith based as well so it really comes with a tight community where everyone supports each other and lifts each other up. One more thing worth mentioning is this cool boxing ring in the back where you could train both on a punching bag and have a little sparring fun with friends.

Beautiful new gym in Burbank! The equipment and space is clean, and they have every machine you could think of, including a boxing ring. I love that the gym is faith based and put God at the center of their businesses.

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Since I booked through ClassPass, I just had to show my ID and sign in. I was directed to where the women's locker room was as well as where the class would take place. Since I was there early, I sat in the sauna for a bit to warm my body. It was very clean and the perfect temperature. The studio itself was fantastic and the aerial silks were placed just the right distance for us to swing. The teacher was amazing and was great at giving instruction and coming around to help us get into each pose and ensure we were doing them properly. I felt really stretched out after and left feeling like I got a great workout! I am so glad to see a gym offer aerial classes and cannot wait to return again!

Most of the front desk guys ignore me during front check in and only seem to acknowledge people they want to flirt with and get super loud with their male customers. Super uncomfortable environment as a woman. I'm planning to finish out my membership and switch to Equinox. They are opening one in Burbank in June 2026. I'm paying way too much for limited equipment access and an environment that feels like a men's jock locker room.

Everyone minds there own business. You dont feel judged. When I say they have about almost everything you need im not joking. Their gym equipment is very modern to help build your gains. Additionally they have a physical therapist and about 30 trainers in total perhaps about 6 daily. They have a refrigerator to store your lunches in, a water cooler, private lockers and showers, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash etc. The only downside is you may feel crowded when you workout bc of all the variety of gym equipment but this gym is meant to keep a threshold and did i mention this gym is 24/7??? Take advantage if you're early bird. I struggled a bit with their equipment ngl, bc im still a newb to weight lifting and im not familiar with seeing equipments having an on/off switch to load/unload weights however, i thought it was cool. I really enjoyed their dumbells and im glad for the most part, everyone reracks them. Sadlly im a starving student so it doesnt fit my budget yet. hopefully it will in the near future. I am on my 3rd year of Bodycombat. Found out last week that my FAVORITE instructor, Marjorie, will…read moreno longer be teaching Saturday & Sunday classes due to her awesome music being too loud. How dumb is that!!!! I attended the gym last night Feb 26th, guess what the Zumba class music was blasting right out the door. The students were having a blast! Who listens to their music while working out in a low volume? NO ONE!!! We need the music loud in order to get our energy going. Marjorie's personal energy that she brought every single time to class was the reason I kept going. Her class is the ONLY one that allows me to sweat and release all my work related stress. This is absolutely a personal pick directly at her. Again, the Zumba class music is just as loud. Both Marjorie's & Zumba classes have at least 40-60 students every single time. A group of us regularly attending Bodycombat went to the front counter after class ended to complain. NO MGR around for two straight days in a row. Tell me why?????? There are bigger issues in the gym that need to be addressed more than the volume of an instructors music. Examples are: mold in sauna, look at the tiles on the floor. It never smells sanitized. You can tell when a disinfectant has been used! The sauna has NEVER smelled clean. The floor is always "wet" from the swimmers. Why does it get mopped up so no one will slip while wearing their flip flops? The ladies RR is being maintained but again why is there NOT a cleaning/disinfectant solution being used? No scent of a cleaner lingers anywhere throughout the ladies RR. Seems all that matters is getting more new members to sign up. Very disappointing!

I have a health condition that causes my blood sugars to drop really low(especially while training)so I always have food packed! One day I asked Logan if I could eat on the table, he respectfully declined and said I could eat on the bench in the background of this picture. So I did! No problem. A week later I was working out for about an hour before I started going hypoglycemic. I felt like fainting. So I sat down on that same bench and ate my food to stabilize my blood sugars. Logan rudely interrupts and proceeds to tell me I can no longer eat on the bench (that he previously gave me permission to) that's completely separated with a wall partition from the rest of the gym. He tried kicking me out for eating a meal! This is discriminatory behavior and should not be tolerated! I contacted corporate because the way he escalated the situation was completely unnecessary. There's no need to kick me out of my own gym when I could barely walk. It seems like Logan is abusing his staff power instead of taking care of his members. I should've been asked if I was feeling ok instead of being asked to leave. I'm terminating my membership as soon as the 2 year commitment expires.

Some of the equipment, like the cardio and fitness machines, is a bit older, but overall, I prefer coming here over places like 24 Hour Fitness, Crunch, Planet Fitness, or the Y. Going to fitiquity would save me 30-40 minutes 3-4 times a week in commuting time, so I really wanted it to work. I arrived and told the woman at the front desk I was interested in doing a trial membership. She shoves a piece of paper at me, tells me to put my name down, and hands me a card, and that's it. No spiel. No what are you looking for. No let me show you around. No liability waiver (insane...). I ask her if there's locker rooms. She says "under the W." From the angle, I can't see what she's talking about, and she looks incredibly belabored when I ask her to show me where. The locker rooms and facilities are fine. A little outdated, but livable. It was definitely hot in there, so I don't think they're cranking AC. There's stuff sort strewn all over the floor in one area, which is annoying especially since I come to the gym to clear my head but again, not the end of the world. I wander around for a bit, try to find the stuff I usually use, which is mostly free weights. There's no real warm up area or mats if the rooms are filled with classes, which was not great but I could make do since I often workout at odd hours. The deal breaker was when I couldn't find the squat rack. I asked the same belabored employee where it was. She pointed to the smith machine. I said "that's a smith machine. Do you have a squat rack?" She pointed to a stack of barbells used for seated overhead presses and suggested I use that. I told her I need safety bars, the ability to rack on my back, etc. She said they didn't have one. I'm honestly shocked - while the gym has classes and prioritizes boxing, more than half the gym is dedicated to weight training. She offered no explanation as to why they wouldn't have one - is it broken? Do they have a philosophical objection to squat racks? Is this gym not intended for the kind of clientele that uses squat racks? Had the staff been even slightly more helpful, maybe I could've looked past the rest, but this would dramatically adjust my workouts in ways I'm not willing to cope with, especially for a pretty dramatic price increase from blink. I hope someday things will shift here and I'll be back, but until then, guess I'm sticking with Blink!
