This gym has so much charisma and thoughtfulness. There are VERY few gyms left in America that are this good. Not a big corporate gym, tons of soul, amazing equipment community feel. But also, the perfect blend between classic bodybuilding equipment, modern machines and functional training. 10/10.

Been searching for a new gym to go to and one that allows filming. Got a day pass on a Saturday to check this gym out and it was a great experience. They have everything you need, not packed, and seems like a welcoming environment. I might just sign up

Beautiful new gym in Burbank! The equipment and space is clean, and they have every machine you could think of, including a boxing ring. I love that the gym is faith based and put God at the center of their businesses.

    Boxing ring in the back

Been at this gym for a few months now...it's my first private gym and I don't plan on going back to any commercial gym after my experience here. Equipment is great, area is great, people are great...not to mention it's faith based as well so it really comes with a tight community where everyone supports each other and lifts each other up. One more thing worth mentioning is this cool boxing ring in the back where you could train both on a punching bag and have a little sparring fun with friends.

I actually love working out at Planet Fitness, the space is clean, the equipment is solid, and…read moreoverall it has been a great gym for me. That said, one thing that has been really frustrating is the summer program where high school students can work out for free. I think it is a great idea in theory, getting kids active is a positive thing. The issue is how it is being managed. After typical work hours, when paying members come in to work out, a lot of these teens are occupying machines while filming TikToks or just hanging out, and staff does not step in at all. It ends up putting members in the uncomfortable position of having to say something ourselves, which should not be our responsibility. It would make a big difference if there were designated hours for the student program, for example earlier in the day, and then have them wrap up around 4pm so paying members can actually access the equipment during peak times. Again, I really like this gym, but this situation needs better management.

The General Manager Magaly and her Team Member Alma need to be FIRED. This location lost my ID…read moreafter I gave it to the front desk as collateral to use clips for the squat rack. Full story: This is not my home gym location, I was in town and went to this location because it was closest to where I was staying. I went to this gym on Monday, June 22nd around 10:45am. Around 11am I went to the front desk to get clips for the squat rack. They require an ID as collateral to use the clips. I gave the team member (a tall dark haired kid) my ID, he put it on the clipboard next to the clips on the counter behind the front desk. I used the clips for my workout and when I was done, because there was someone waiting to use the squat rack, I forgot the clips on the rack. I even left my phone at the rack and the next guy was nice enough to bring it to me as I walked away. I forgot the clips on the squat rack and left the gym after my workout around 12:30pm without my ID. I realized I forgot my ID at the gym on Wednesday evening 6/24. I called the gym at 8:50pm, spoke to Alma on the phone, and asked her if my ID was there behind the desk. She said she couldn't find it. I asked her if anyone else was there who could look in the office or elsewhere to try and find it. She lied and said she was the only person working. She was extremely rude, resistant to help or answer follow up questions and even hung up on me at one point. When I called back, she blamed me for the call being dropped. After that call, I drove to the gym in person at 9:20pm to figure out what happened to my ID. When I walked in I saw her and 2 other team members standing behind the desk. So, not only did she lie about being the only person there, but she was also too busy socializing with her male coworkers to thoroughly look for my ID. I avoided her, walked up to Team Member Edward and asked him if he could find my ID. Edward was VERY helpful! He actually took the situation seriously and looked everywhere he had access to look. He took down my information for the General Manager and reassured me that the GM would reach out to me the next day after she was able to look at security footage. Honestly, Edward should be the GM of this location because he took the situation seriously and handled it extremely professionally. The next day, Thursday 6/25, I waited to hear from the GM Magaly, but she didn't call. So I had to contact her. I was given the same level of rudeness and attitude from her that Alma had given me the night before. Magaly also hung up on me at one point. I had to go back to the gym that afternoon with the police to file an incident report and collect evidence regarding my missing ID. Magaly was resistant and unwilling to help at every step of the process. The lack of maturity and professionalism was unbelievable. She claimed over the phone to have filled out an incident report documenting my missing ID, but didn't even fill one out until I arrived in person with the police. The police ended up filling out the form to ensure my information was correct. She also pretended to fax it to "corporate", but when I contacted PF Member Services today--Monday, 6/29--they had no record of an incident report. They only had the information I submitted online and the clubs response to that form. PF Member Services was also unhelpful and gave me the same default run-around that I received from the club. They did not follow up, provided no contact information to get in touch with the franchise owner or Director of that region to try and resolve the situation or figure out what actually happened to my ID. There was no accountability or responsibility for losing my property and sensitive information. The GM Magaly and team member Alma at this location are not qualified for the positions they hold. They were rude, disrespectful, unprofessional and lack the training/experience to handle situations like these seriously. They do not care or take your concerns seriously.

Everyone minds there own business. You dont feel judged. When I say they have about almost everything you need im not joking. Their gym equipment is very modern to help build your gains. Additionally they have a physical therapist and about 30 trainers in total perhaps about 6 daily. They have a refrigerator to store your lunches in, a water cooler, private lockers and showers, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash etc. The only downside is you may feel crowded when you workout bc of all the variety of gym equipment but this gym is meant to keep a threshold and did i mention this gym is 24/7??? Take advantage if you're early bird. I struggled a bit with their equipment ngl, bc im still a newb to weight lifting and im not familiar with seeing equipments having an on/off switch to load/unload weights however, i thought it was cool. I really enjoyed their dumbells and im glad for the most part, everyone reracks them. Sadlly im a starving student so it doesnt fit my budget yet. hopefully it will in the near future. I wish them the best. this gym deserves a lot of recognition!

All the big windows and light make it a great experience, vs other LA fitnesses that make me feel like I'm in jail. Also weird comment but there are a lot of rlly beautiful people who come here which is nice and encouraging LOL but people aren't super creepy/hitting on girls or anything which is great. Parking is in a garage which I do hate but they validate and there are some free spots if you drive around a bit. BUT!!!! They used to have these massive gorgeous ceiling fans over the cardio equipment to keep the runners cool! Like the treadmills and ellipticals and stuff. And then I guess the fans they had broke and they had to find replacements- IDK if this was a decision from corporate or management (which fans to get) but they downsized MAJORLY. The new fans are so pathetic it's not even funny I'm constantly DRENCHED in sweat and I know it was probably cheaper! They're like fr half the size of the old fans!!!! And I don't want to complain to a front desk person bc it's not their fault! So I can just hope whoever is responsible SEES this review and KNOWS that it was almost five stars!! But bc of their GREED and UNFEELING WAYS I gotta drop it down to 4. Pls put my big fans back.

Some of the equipment, like the cardio and fitness machines, is a bit older, but overall, I prefer coming here over places like 24 Hour Fitness, Crunch, Planet Fitness, or the Y. Going to fitiquity would save me 30-40 minutes 3-4 times a week in commuting time, so I really wanted it to work. I arrived and told the woman at the front desk I was interested in doing a trial membership. She shoves a piece of paper at me, tells me to put my name down, and hands me a card, and that's it. No spiel. No what are you looking for. No let me show you around. No liability waiver (insane...). I ask her if there's locker rooms. She says "under the W." From the angle, I can't see what she's talking about, and she looks incredibly belabored when I ask her to show me where. The locker rooms and facilities are fine. A little outdated, but livable. It was definitely hot in there, so I don't think they're cranking AC. There's stuff sort strewn all over the floor in one area, which is annoying especially since I come to the gym to clear my head but again, not the end of the world. I wander around for a bit, try to find the stuff I usually use, which is mostly free weights. There's no real warm up area or mats if the rooms are filled with classes, which was not great but I could make do since I often workout at odd hours. The deal breaker was when I couldn't find the squat rack. I asked the same belabored employee where it was. She pointed to the smith machine. I said "that's a smith machine. Do you have a squat rack?" She pointed to a stack of barbells used for seated overhead presses and suggested I use that. I told her I need safety bars, the ability to rack on my back, etc. She said they didn't have one. I'm honestly shocked - while the gym has classes and prioritizes boxing, more than half the gym is dedicated to weight training. She offered no explanation as to why they wouldn't have one - is it broken? Do they have a philosophical objection to squat racks? Is this gym not intended for the kind of clientele that uses squat racks? Had the staff been even slightly more helpful, maybe I could've looked past the rest, but this would dramatically adjust my workouts in ways I'm not willing to cope with, especially for a pretty dramatic price increase from blink. I hope someday things will shift here and I'll be back, but until then, guess I'm sticking with Blink!
