Once you have a price and marketing strategy, which considers your goals and objectives, his fabulous team engages. Your first encounter when either calling or visiting the office is with Kaitlyn. She is very welcoming and makes you feel like you are their most important client. She connects you with the appropriate person in the office aligning with your respective point in the selling price. McKenna manages the listing process. She helps you get the details of your property properly displayed in the marketing materials. As the home is marketed, she keeps you abreast of the number of showings and the general feedback on the home's condition, appealing attributes, and the feedback on pricing. Then, when you receive an offer or prepare a contract for sale, she is assisting in accurately completing the many forms and ensuring accuracy in how they are completed. Once the home is in contract, McKenna hands it off to Jenn. Jenn manages the closing process. That agent was Aaron Rodrigues. Aaron arranged for a viewing and we drove to the address of a home in Red Bluff. We were actually a couple of minutes early but Aaron was there waiting for us. We went inside and he was immensely helpful, telling us about the area, both the positives and negatives. He did the same in regards to features of the house. His honesty and integrity was impressive. We returned home and discussed things and the next day contacted Aaron to help us make an offer on the house. He made suggestions for offer price what we should and shouldn't ask for and then prepared and submitted the offer for us. Aaron arranged for all the inspections and met each of the inspectors at the property for us. The negotiations with the sell then commenced. Counter offers, counter-counter offers over and over went back and forth and Aaron was on top of the process all the way. At last Aaron was able to let us know that we had purchased a new home!
