I enjoyed my experience at Results Physiotherapy. The assistant at the front desk was always pleasant and welcoming. All staff members were friendly and courteous, creating a pleasant atmosphere inclusive of listening to a variety of music that encourages movement as staff and other individuals worked together. I worked with Nicole. I learned a variety of exercises to help strengthen areas that support my knees as well as a variety of knee exercises. Nicole was great! I reached my expected milestone, and got to ring a gong as the staff cheered for me. I now maintain better health by doing of some of the exercises that I learned. I went to Results for shoulder therapy. All the PTs were very caring and helpful and I am grateful to all of them! But Tiffany stands out among the 3 therapists I had. She paid much closer attention to the way I did each exercise and helped me make adjustments to be sure I was getting the most out of them. I've only had great experiences here. No one wants to have to go to physical therapy, but if it's ever needed, make the drive from wherever you are to this office. I've worked with many different staff members, and they are all exceptional. They are focused on addressing your problem/s in a very supportive, kind, non-judgmental way. They have a variety of types of equipment to use for your rehabilitation, including a stationary bicycle, bands, balls, balance boards, etc. You will end your sessions, typically will some ice or heat on your treated area (which is greatly appreciated!) Big plus: all therapists wear N-95 masks! read more

I went to Results for a number of weeks for a shoulder injury, and I am very happy with them. First of all, they are 100 percent masked. Also, the treatment worked great. Therapists Charles, Melanie, and Ray got me to recovery through "soft tissue treatment" on-site and lots of exercises. Brandon was able to assess my problem foot after getting bunion surgery and he knew scantly wha was wrong and what to do about it.Raymond is very excellent in continually assessing the exercises and adding comments on how to do them properly.These guys really do care about progress of the patient. I cannot say enough good things about Hector Tricas-Vincent and Results Physiotherapy. He has literally helped me from being in a rolling desk chair unable to walk at all to moving well with strength in my legs. My surgeon botched my leg ablation for veinous insufficiency and edema by completely burning the inside of my leg, and Hector has resolved my leg issues including scar tissue reduction in a few visits. He is a true professional and has a wonderful bedside manner encouraging me at every turn. I highly recommend this business, and everyone who works there is happy and welcomes us. I've had on and off back pain since I was a teenager. I had a really bad episode in January of this year and I was in bed for ten days unable to move most of the time. My doctor recommended physical therapy and Results PT helped me a lot. I feel much stronger and like I have the tools to manage my pain and strengthen my muscles to healthily support my back! I tore my meniscus in my left knee and had around 10 therapy sessions over a two-month period with Hector. I felt that he had a genuine commitment to my recovery and patiently showed me different stretching and strengthening exercises to speed up my healing. I was referred by a M.D. to Hector Tricas-Vincent at Results Physiotherapy in the Jefferson Building. I can imagine no one better to have worked with for neck and shoulder problems. I've been going to the Results clinic on Brodie in Sunset Valley for the last two weeks because they have a mask mandate. Travis County is in Stage 5 of key indicators for Covid, and I'm 77, so avoiding the unmasked is prudent. Today a woman walked in without a mask and stood at the admissions desk for a full two minutes and neither of the staff at the desk did or said anything to her about being maskless. I guess their mask "mandate" is more of a suggestion than a mandate. Be forewarned. read more

I can't say enough about Results Physiotherapy. From the beginning I knew I was in good hands. After suffering from the same pain I'd had for years I finally started to feel relief and that I didn't have to just live with it. Evan Kelley is extremely knowledgeable and professional yet personable and caring. His entire staff are excellent and create an atmosphere that is inviting and friendly. Although the treatment did not feel all that great sometimes I noticed improvement after just a few visits and by the time I "graduated " I felt stronger and equipped with the tools I needed to keep moving. I would absolutely recommend this group to anyone who is looking for real solutions. I'm so grateful for the knowledgable and patient staff at Results Physiotherapy. After a head-on collision, I suffered from neck pain for several months. I had difficulty driving, sitting at my desk for long periods of time, and I shied away from the active lifestyle I used to have. I sought treatment with several doctors and considered an invasive pain medicine injection - but THANKFULLY, I was referred to Results Physiotherapy. Within a few visits, I started to feel stronger and the pain lessened. They gave me information about my injuries, helped me understand my treatment options and taught me exercises I needed to feel better. I was frustrated and discouraged when I arrived at their offices the first time, but now I'm back at my favorite gym classes, out on the trails and enjoying being active with my friends and family again. This location is brand new, very clean, and convenient to downtown. Results physiotherapy has poor communication and improper billing procedures. Their office took down my debit card as a form of payment to continue to use for subsequent visits. After meeting my insurance deductible, Results Physiotherapy continued to charge me at 100%. Their email to me indicated that I would only be responsible for 20% after my deductible was reached. I was over-charged by roughly 200 dollars after having two consecutive visits in one week, which caused me to overdraw my bank account and have a whole mess of problems come up. Even though the charges that Results made to my account caused an overdraft, they told me that they were unwilling to pay my overdraft fee. I still have not received my money back. Ariella Konigsberg, the manager at the central Austin location expressed that it would be my responsibility for calling their billing department (which is just essentially a voicemail setup which provides 5 DAYS to return calls). At this point, I am stuck. There is no higher up to speak to, and no way to get my money returned. When a company makes a mistake of this magnitude, the issue should be fixed and accommodations should be made in their favor. I was offered nothing. This group of 20-25 year olds are some of the most unprofessional employees and managers I have come across. Do not go there. They will screw you over. They do not care about the financial hardships that they cause. read more

Evan Kelley has a gift. I came to Results Physiotherapy while in town for a few weeks after suffering for months with a frozen shoulder that wasn't making much progress. His treatments changed the trajectory of my care. He did a lot of soft tissue work that I didn't know I needed, which began to improve my range of motion dramatically. He somehow managed to do this without causing me pain and every session produced a milestone. He was also very encouraging and has a calming and assuring bedside manner.
