When I got there, Ellie looked at the car and gave me an estimate right away. Pricing I though their pricing is more than reasonable and transparent. As it turned out, nothing was broken (as Ellie had suspected). They had to remove the bumper and re-attach it to make it straight. They did it for a flat fee of $125 plus tax. That was the estimate, and that's exactly what I paid. Scheduling They had an opening the following week. So, I dropped off my car in the morning and picked it up in the afternoon. The USAA claims officer met us there, went over the car, and answered all our questions. He let us know that a rental car, through Enterprise, would be available with no money out of pocket. Olsen's kept us informed of the progress through the website and called us when there was a little delay due to more damage uncovered. We arrived to pick up our car, dropped the Enterprise keys at the front desk, and discovered it was shiny, clean and perfect! Kudos to Olsen's, the insurance claims officer, and Enterprise.
