I can drop my car off in the morning on my way to work, get a ride from the owner to my workplace, and get a ride back to pick up my car at the end of the day. 3. Excellent Customer Service / Accountability: I am a tough customer and not shy about making critiques, and Lee is extremely easy-going and always willing to go the extra mile to accommodate. I stopped by once on a busy day for a mini detail, and Lee didn't charge me as a courtesy because of the wait. Customer service like that is not common among small businesses in this economy. 4. "Customer is Always Right": What really stands out to me is Lee's commitment to his customers and their satisfaction.
