I definitely hit the jackpot with both the surgeon as well as the facility as it is rare to find such high level of professionalism and expertise. As a matter of fact, I flew half across the world to be treated by Dr. Ennis as I currently live in Japan. - PROCEDURE: Breast Augmentation, 500cc/550cc, silicone, under the muscle, through the armpit - DR ENNIS: I did a lot of research on the procedure itself and had several consultations in the States as well as in Asia, but never have I discovered a surgeon that stunned me as Dr Ennis did. Reading about Dr Ennis' skills and seeing pictures of his work online really caught my interest. For the first time I saw an aesthetician with an eye for big natural looking breasts, I was amazed by his work and talent; so I asked for an online consultation. The skype consultation went flawlessly, both in terms of the information I got as well as meeting a kind and cordial person; it all only confirmed my hope that he's the right surgeon for me. Dr Ennis strives for the perfect look with minimal incision through the armpit, and I welcomed a more advanced approach to the standard "under the breast" incision. I'm glad it worked in my case and I appreciate Dr Ennis' thorough explanation of the process. I also loved the fact that next to the questions of "What are you looking to achieve?" he gives you the perspective of "Here's what we can do" which a lot of doctors don't really do. As I was fairly advanced in my research on what I wanted to look like, Dr Ennis and I quickly agreed on the look I was aiming for and we scheduled a surgery date within hours. At our first personal encounter at the surgery center, he welcomed me with a big smile and an open, enthusiastic personality. He is a highly skilled outside of the box thinker, a perfectionist with an eye for symmetry and beauty, and on top of that a lovely and caring person. I am so on love with my perfect breasts and I won't ever be able to thank him enough. - STAFF and SCHEDULING: Because I live overseas, I asked for the possibility of an online (skype) consultation and got an appointment scheduled right away for the week after. We had an exceptional communication despite the time change. Both the nurse, Dr. Ennis, and the admin people went out of their way to make the surgery happen for me which is not a surprise after having met them and welcoming me with open arms. They make you feel like you're in the best hands at every step of the way. - SURGERY: The day of the surgery I experienced an exceptional level of competence. Throughout the whole process, my husband was being taken care of as much as I was. The anesthesia team did an incredible job and I felt really comfortable. I met two of the most skilled nurses I've ever came across with paired with great personalities. The surgery lasted for about 45 minutes and I was allowed to to go home about 1.5 hrs after that. Waking up from anesthesia was very pleasant and I was constantly checked on by a lovely nurse. - PRE and AFTER CARE: Prior to my surgery, I got clear instructions on what was going to happen the day of the surgery and what to do and not to do before the surgery. My husband was involved in the entire process and, therefore, knew exactly what to take care of the day of the breast augmentation. Furthermore, I got detailed information on the post-surgery phase, including pain treatment, massaging, a bandeau I had to wear, etc. All my questions were answered before I even had to ask. The clinic scheduled two follow up appointments with me to check on the scars, take pictures, improve mobility, and check on the taught massaging techniques as they are very important throughout the "settling" process of the implants in the breast. - LOCATION and FACILITY: Very conveniently located on Hwy 98 and super easy to find. The surgery center provides treatments with different specialities within plastic surgery which only underlines the expertise of the providers. It is a great and welcoming facility, I felt relaxed and comfortable in the waiting area and during our pre-op consultation. I am one month post-op right now and I couldn't be happier. A truly exceptional experience that I can't recommend enough. Please feel free to contact me directly if you have any questions.

He even did abdominal etching to look like muscles are showing! ;) I drove from Gulfport, MS to have him do my surgery bc he is the best out there on implants. He is very perfectionistic and did an amazing job! I have no ripples from the lipo and all is smooth. I had consulted another surgeon about getting the butt implants here in Mississippi before I found Dr. Tiller, and the other surgeon told me there would be a minimum of a two inch incision scar that would show in a bikini and he would only do very small implants. With Dr. Tiller, I had absolutely no showing scar and he did the size I wanted. I have since been getting tons of compliments from perfect strangers and I feel very confident in a bathing suit. His office was very professional and they were able to get me in for surgery quickly, and they were very helpful in following up with me on how I was recovering. Dr. Tiller is the best plastic surgeon by far! I will be going to him for future procedures. Heather Reeder

SEEK OUT SOMEONE ELSE - anyone else - given that virtually any other plastic surgeon is more…read morequalified and caring than "Dr." Howell Tiller, GIVEN MY NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE! The biceps implant that "Dr." Tiller placed under the biceps muscle seemed quite large, owing to what he described as "post-procedural swelling" that would eventually dissipate. It never did, making the simple act of putting on a suit jacket that had heretofore fit fine a labor given the "bulge" at the biceps. Strength training with free weights and even machine stacks progressively created an increased level of discomfort that eventually began to sap my strength. An MRI revealed a host of irregularities in the biceps muscle that were alarming - the muscle seemed to have striations of voids that were inexplicable. Subsequent surgery to remove the implant by the REAL SURGEON revealed that the implant has imploded, eating away approximately 25% of my biceps muscle. HE DESCRIBED IT AS NECROSIS, DEATH OF THE CELLULAR MUSCLE TISSUE BY THE SILICONE LEACHING FROM THE IMPLANT - in his words it appeared as if "a silicon bomb had gone off" in my muscle. CAVEAT EMPTOR, especially when it comes to executing that acknowledgment of NO MALPRACTICE INSURANCE. There are far more truly talented surgeons that can support a man in realizing his physical transformation goals - "Dr." Tiller should not even enter the realm of consideration.

I underwent a primary rhinoplasty with Dr. Butler in July 2024. During my consultation, I clearly stated my two main goals: reducing my dorsal hump and lifting or rotating the nasal tip. Dr. Butler told me that my tip angle was already appropriate and that reducing the dorsal hump would cause the tip to "fix itself." Although I questioned this explanation, I trusted his professional judgment and proceeded with surgery. From the early postoperative period, it was evident that something was wrong. Even with the cast still on, my nasal tip appeared droopy and unsupported. I also want to note that no taping or support was ever used postoperatively to help maintain tip position. I was repeatedly reassured that this was normal and advised to "give it time." At cast removal, the issue became more apparent. Although swelling masked some of the deformity, my tip remained rotated downward, consistent with a developing pollybeak deformity. I again raised concerns and was told that all swelling had "settled into the tip" from the cast and that there was nothing to worry about. Between two and three months post-op, after moving out of state, I sent multiple emails to Dr. Butler's nurse expressing concern about my collapsed, downward-drooping tip and a prominent bump at the tip of my nose that appeared to be protruding cartilage. These concerns were again dismissed and attributed to swelling due to my being "very active," and I was told I would need to wait until six months post-op for evaluation. At my six-month in-person appointment, my appearance had not improved and had, in fact, worsened. I raised my concerns directly with Dr. Butler regarding the obvious pollybeak deformity. His response was dismissive; he stated, "Someone's been online, haven't they," and told me that my nose looked great and that he "wouldn't have changed a thing." No revision, corrective plan, or financial accommodation was offered. Following this appointment, I consulted with three well-known U.S. revision rhinoplasty specialists, all of whom independently confirmed a clear pollybeak deformity, a droopy and under-rotated tip, and protruding cartilage irregularities. Ultimately, I required revision rhinoplasty at fifteen months post-op, at an additional cost of $15,000. Several months after my surgery, I reviewed the practice's website and was shocked to find my photos being used in a misleading manner. Although I signed a photo release, I did not consent to false or deceptive representation. The photo labeled as my "before" image is actually my six-month post-op result, while the photo labeled as my "after" image appears to be taken within the first month post-op, when swelling temporarily obscured the deformity. The website claims the "after" photo was taken at four months post-op, despite me not having a four-month appointment. If my nose truly "looked great," it is concerning that my unsatisfactory six-month result was used as a "before" image. I have attached screenshots and accurate before-and-after photos for reference. I reached out to the office to express my concerns regarding my postoperative care and the misleading use of my photos and received no response. I am sharing my experience so that others can make a fully informed decision and avoid the physical, emotional, and financial distress that I endured.
