Sabrina, the front desk coordinator is extremely friendly and helpful and signed me up on their in office discount plan since I do not have insurance! Kristy the hygienist was incredible! I was a little nervous, this being my first visit since before getting pregnant with my 3rd baby over 2 years ago...but she calmed all anxiety and helped explain everything to me in such a gentle way! She also had a tv screen, massage chair, and sunglasses to help make me comfortable! She is the most gentle, yet thorough hygienist I've ever had a cleaning with!!! Highly recommend scheduling with her especially if you have any type of dental anxiety! Then I met with Dr. Finnegan who was amazing! Sprayberry Office (Refund Dispute) Details as follows: 7/29/25..Coast proposed treatment plan (Crown for tooth #15) My Copay Cost $ 1,058.00* * This amount is the amount dictated by my primary dental plan Coverage offered by Kaiser Permanente Medicare Advantage and Administered by DeltaCare USA. 9/15/25.. Phase 1 to prep tooth by Coast dental. Payment in full made by credit card in the amount of $ 1058.00. 10/9/25 ..Phase 2 to seat the new crown. No additional charge 10/21/25 Filed a claim with my Secondary Dental Insurance Company Physicians Mutual Insurance through their Claims Administering Company America's Benefits, requesting the claim to be paid directly to me as shown on their Claim Form since I had already paid Coast in full . After a followup communication by Fax providing them with dental charts, etc. and all pertinent details they approved The claim for $ 376.00. 11/3/25 I called Physicians mutual when I had not received the refund.They mailed the Check # 2909856 Directly to Coast Dental/Sprayberry office because Coast Was in "their network" and their policy requires the refund be sent there and that Coast would then issues the refund. 11/2/25 to 12/4/25 I made multiple calls to Coast Sprayberry and was informed on 12/4/25 by Joyce that they had received the check on 11/20/25 and that it might take 1-2 Months for Corporate to process a refund back to my credit card. 12/4/25. I have a recording of this phone call with Joyce of Coast Sprayberry. 12/3/25. I called DeltaCare USA who told me to call Kaiser. 12/3/25 Called Kaiser my Medicare Advantage plan provider and was told to file a grievance. Grievance filed # 202602030413. 2/4/26 Followup call (RECORDED) with Kaiser and spoke to Jeff in Grievance Dept. who Asked me to give him a week to research and he would get back to me. He didn't. 3/3/26. I called Jeff at Kaiser again and left V/M. 3/5/26. He called back and said they spoke to DeltaCare Usa and that there was "Nothing they could do". 3/18/26 I got a call from Coast Sprayberry ( Lucretia) who stated that Corporate had finally Approved the refund after sitting on the approval for months.She stated that it would Just take a few days to show up on my credit card. 3/23/26 I had a dental Cleaning done and advised I had still not received a refund 3/30/26.
