Kimberly is truly knowledgeable and skilled but in addition, Sport Cryo has the real cryotherapy experience and not just a walk in meat locker like you may also find. My original reason for trying Sport Cryo was low back pain. But what I found with the whole body experience was that I experienced the whole body benefit. I took advantage of the packages and originally I was doing local cryo which is using a hose and locally applying the liquid nitrogen gas to the area of most pain. The extended cooling reduces inflammation in a concentrated area. As well as the local cryotherapy, I was also brave enough to start full body cryotherapy which is basically where you are almost (modestly) naked in -300s for 3 minutes. Wow, the first time is a shock, but only after a few times the shock wears off and you start to feel comfortably cold. This helps too with inflammation and swelling, pain etc. But I had two other surprise benefits. 1) I didn't have to wear splints at night on my hands as the full body really helped my pinched nerves in my neck. I really didn't realize this was helping here. The improvement with my neck lasted months. (I stopped cryo for a while and restarted again, hoping for the same experience) 2) my body started to feel better about being cold, in drafts and sitting under ceiling fans, which before cryp would really aggregate me and cause me more pain. In addition, I spent a week in Toronto for work in February, -14F and didn't even need a coat outside when walking. So try it, you don't have to buy packages, but you will.

Bad customer service when they are pushing so hard to sell a membership or products. It makes me not want to go back it is that salesy. Give customers what they want not what you want. And ease up on the pushy sales pitch.
