She made me wait outside although the appointment says arrive 10 min early. So I let that one slide. Because some other people got there early to and she opened up the door. Well I arrived again today on 12/08/24. My appointment was at 11 and again 1 arrived early, yet again this person made me wait outside until 11 So I canceled bot of .y appointments and my membership. This person that I dealt with either does not like me or she needs to be talked to on maybe getting to work earlier to set up so she does not leave paying customers outside. BTW. Then did the infra-red sauna followed by the ice bath hot tub back to the ice back and finished in the hot tub. I have dealt with chronic pain for over 23 years. This therapy has been the best thing I have have ever tried. I also did an add-on. I forget the name of it but it has the Tesla coil in the room and I was told it helps ground you. I am not sure how much beneficial that was. However it was a great time meditate . I highly recommend this place. It is welcoming and inviting. Scott was fantastic -- kind, patient, and knowledgeable. He walked me through each therapy I tried and explained the benefits clearly. I came in with lingering shoulder pain from a car accident, and after just one visit (and a workout right after), I was shocked at how much better I felt. My usual post-workout pain lasted only about an hour, when it typically lingers for a day or two. Even more impressive is the difference We Believe has made for my grandma, who's been coming here for months and has felt a real improvement in managing her pain and feeling better overall. If I lived nearby, I'd absolutely be a regular.
