Was gifted a Groupon massage for my birthday (oct) @ Sonoran wellness when I booked my first appointment it was cancel a therapist had quit or gotten sick not really sure but we rescheduled twice ! Finally 1/27 my appointment my therapist as (Patrick) as soon as I walked thru the door he greets me and we go straight to the room nervous because it's been years since I've gotten a massage knowing a "massage" is more than just a stranger rubbing lotion on you well that's what I got wam bam thank you mam I left feeling like I needed a massage I work 60hr per week so was excited to relax but I was definitely let down felt rushed and the therapist was totally disconnected.... read more

Friendly and professional. I had a very positive massage experience at SWC. I bought a Groupon, and they were happy to honor it. When I called, the reception was warm and friendly and got me in within a week. Upon arrival, I was greeted warmly by Dr. Robert who told me that Kelsey would be with me soon. We chatted until Kelsey was ready for me. The room was dimmed, aromatherapy going on and the massage table had a warmer. Kelsey was professional and attentive. She saw that I wore a back brace and consulted with me to make sure that she administered the most beneficial and careful massage. The hour went by quickly as we chatted, and she worked my tight and tired muscles. She gave me some good suggestions like freezing a water bottle for my neck to help with migraine headaches and the same bottle treatment for my feet. Great ideas. Tip: Tips are welcome. read more

This 'massage' practice offers a DEAL on Groupon for $66 for an hour massage. I bought the deal and with personal experiences in my life the past several months. I realized I hadn't used my $66 hour massage that I purchased thru Groupon. So before it expired I scheduled my massage. Unfortunately I got sick and had to reschedule. The original price of an hour massage there is $140! So, for my paid Groupon it was a deal, right? I called to find out if their practice would honor my already paid for $66 Groupon, now that it was expired. I spoke with, I believe the owner of the practice who is the also a chiropractor and asked him if he would indeed honor the $66 Groupon deal. He replied he would, so I rescheduled my appointment . I also had gotten a text from their practice that I needed to contact Groupon if I wanted a refund, they don't handle money!!!! So I ended up paying my $66 Groupon that was suppose to be my balance toward my massage. Kelsey the therapist took my $66 coupon and after the massage was charged ANOTHER $66 , making my massage a 132.00 hour massage. Some Groupon deal, right? I've been to many therapeutic massages and honestly I've never had the experience that I've had today. The facility was very clean. The wait time was very minimal and the best part was the staff! Kelsey did an amazing job in my body and I was in so much pain relief when I left there that I cannot even compare. She was very kind, very knowledgeable and respectful. I recommend setting an appointment with Kelsey as soon as possible because she is usually booked up for the month! Dr Kleckner takes his time to get to know your needs. He explains everything and is very knowledgeable . His sense of humor is a bonus.

I used to visit this place many years ago when I lived in town. Dr. Robert and his wife are such awesome people, who care about you not only as an individual, but about your health and well being. The roller tables are quite relaxing, and included in the treatment. The receptionist (I forgot her name /: ) was always warm and welcoming, greeting me on a first name basis and building a friendly relationship with me. I very am excited to visit them tomorrow! The doctors here were always generous and helped me out financially, as I was a poor student with back issues. They did this on merit, with the hopes that I will be able to come back in the future and support their business. I will DEFINITELY be back and will pay extra to make up for all of their generosity. Please do not dismiss this fine establishment just because another reviewer was upset. You should totally give them a crack!! (haha get it? a crack... cause they crack your back... ) :D read more

Dr. bob is enormously gifted with a vast pool of knowledge. Every issue either I or my family has, I bring to him and either with adjustments or supplementation we fix the issue. Everything from thyroid issues, menopause, shingles, bells palsy, adrenal fatigue, a persistent wart, LOL All of these things have been healed or lessened by so much that the lasting symptoms are barely noticeable. My MD DR wanted to diagnosed me with fibromyalgia and lupus, and put me on Lyrica in the hopes that The pharmaceutical drug "might" help. I cannot believes I haven't thought to leave a review on Yelp before for this company. Dr. Bob is an amazing diagnostician as he has an amazing talent for finding what's wrong and for precisely adjusting the issue. So many chiropractors just seem to have a routine if what they adjust, whether it needs adjusting or not. With Dr. Bob, it seems as if he only does what is needed. He always asks for follow-up and responds to it. I like the extras, like the roller table, the ultrasound, and the little Jade scraping tool. read more

Love this place! I had lower back pain for a month. I got a massage, went to The Joint, and even bought a new bed but nothing helped. I was referred to Dr. Robert by a family member so I made an appointment right away. After two visits my back is pain free! You first go over your issues, then you lay on this awesome rolling table to relax. Once he started examining my back he knew right away all the problem areas. He used some massaging tools then adjusts you according to your needs. It's been months and still no problems. I recently started going back because he said he could help with my TMJ. It has caused me many issues over the past 7 years. One visit later all my headaches were gone! He works magic and is really funny too! It's also very affordable. read more

Started going when they had other office staff to work the front of the office. The doc is a great guy, but when they let go the front office girl he had to do that as well. Not sure if it was to cut back on cost but appointments were done wrong, my charts weren't updated correctly, and the quality of care really went down. read more

Iwas in to have a massage from the male therapist there. he was helpful and good with pressure. tried to relax but there was kids running around in the hallway later found out they was the owners kids. not very professional. seemed the therapist ran the front desk or the secretary was out for the day. when done files was on a back table and any one could look at like it seemed. massage was good but buisness is bad. wouldnt recommend read more
