I went in and was told about a $75 special for 3 modalities. I picked my three and asked the two at the desk several times to clarify what I was getting. I was then asked to add several ingredients to my IV for an additional $120 and I said NO, let's stick to the $75 I agreed to. As I was getting the IV I was offered the leg compression for free so why not. Then when I went to pay I was hit with a $375 bill. I said what happened to the $75? She left and came back and said the IV was not included and I added a lot to it. I said NO to the additives and I was told the IV was one of the 3 for $75. We went back and forth for around 10 minutes while the owner sat in the office and just listened. The next day I called her for her just to say yes I knew you left upset. She assured me her staff did nothing wrong and I wasn't listening. She agreed to refund me the ingredients. Several days later I get an email for a store credit. I asked for a refund and not a store credit. The staff is extremely nice but very misleading. read more

Incredible service & great vibes at the Restore Hyper Wellness location in Lubbock! The Office Manager Lindsey was wonderful. She listened to my needs and was very engaging and informative, as well as efficient. She helped me pick out the perfect services. It was exactly what I needed! I got an incredible facial from Lexi who is so sweet and talented and the cryotherapy - both of which I highly recommend. And the new staff Bella was fabulous, great addition. The location manager made me feel very unwelcome and uncomfortable, and I don't think I can come back to this location unless the management is changed. We come to Restore to feel restored and rejuvenated, not to be emotionally deflated. Restore sent me a promo special via text (5 times!!). I don't live in the area but always visit when in town. I called them to confirm the offer was valid - they confirmed. As i was already under the IV (!!!) they changed their mind on the offer and said they will not be able to honor the weekly promo they had sent me 5 times! Beware that they spam you with "specials" to lure you in, and then don't honor it (there are other people here who shared same experience!) What a scam, and has a pyramid scheme vibe. In honesty, the place is lovely, and staff is super sweet, but that owner/manager is absolutely not doing this place a favor (explains why there is such a turnover of staff at this location). Absolutely ZERO customer service and terrible attitude. What a pity. read more

I visited Restore for cryotherapy and was very impressed! The gentleman who seems to be the general manager is very knowledgeable and welcoming. The facility is very clean and the type of Cryo chamber they use is the BEST. Highly recommend and I will be trying additional services in the near future. Excited to try the infrared sauna and I plan on signing up for their monthly membership. read more

I have been a member with Restore for over 2 years. I didn't use the service much but I thought the credits would always be there. The policy changes over the last year have taken credit away and changed things without notice. I will not be using the service anymore. I've paid thousands of dollars to store credits, but when they were needed they were gone. I had a 2 person account but could use all credits for myself. The day I needed to bring my daughter in for a drip I was told I couldn't do that and the policy had charged. This is a joke. I wonder why the head person is no longer there. Don't waste your money. Don't ever enter into a contract with this business! Paid $1300+ for a six treatment contract and it's IMPOSSIBLE to get an appointment. Understaffed, 1 aesthetician, who is part time, going to school. Have had 4 appointments and arrive at appointment only to find they have been cancelled. Owner, Laura Smith, will not even return a phone call after three weeks of asking for owner to call. NOT a good way to do business! read more

Friendly service , iv drips, cryo, sauna, HBOT, NAD +.... All of these services are SCIENTIFICALLY PROVEN to make you look and feel younger..
