Was using this facility approximately 4 months after having surgery for a separated bicep tendon and rotator cuff . However my request was ignored and I was called at work again 2 days later which did not sit well with me, Patricia was told not to call me again and I hung up... within 5 minutes my wife was called by her and she flat out LIED to her saying they couldn't get ahold of me and needed a card number, my wife was also busy at work and wasn't about to give a card number to a stranger anyway. then the texts started....the commando, bill collector, or scammer type of approach Patricia took for a mere $39 is appalling and disturbing from a place that seemed to "care" about your well being......and they do...as long as that money is on time.
