And, the company as a whole is unwilling to meet any needs that doesn't fall inside their small box even with a doctors order stating so. Which is strange being that this company is suppose to encompass such a large patient base. If that wasn't bad enough, they don't seem to be willing or able to accommodate to a schedule under the guise that the area of which they cover patients is too vast. So, if you have any other commitments outside of them providing services; you're probably guaranteed to have an issue. That point is brought up because patients don't have the ability to request an ongoing time slot, and when a time is scheduled for you; the nurse can arrive at any given time outside the slot told to you based on how their patient influx changes over the course of their day. Needless to say, it's almost like the cable company where you actually need to be available for a four hour plus block of time. And, to have to do this on a constant basis does get old pretty quickly.

The lobby was so organized and had comfortable couches. Sydney, who checked us in, was extremely professional, informative, and friendly. She took the time to ask us all the proper questions to make sure we picked the best drips/shots. Sydney mentioned how her personal journey with shots/ drips helped her loose over 50 lbs and feels the best she has ever had! It meant so much to hear someone personal experience. Sergio introduced himself and brought us to the room to do all the injections. The room was extremely clean. Sergio was so patient with me since I'm not the biggest fan of shots, however it was quick and painless. Since my mother was doing a drip, Sergio took us to their relaxing lounge to wait in. The room was filled with so many comfortable seats where we can put our feet up. There are refreshments and calming music to enjoy. Sandy came in to introduce herself and ask how our experience is going. Sandy has such a welcoming, friendly energy where we all just connected so well. I feel like I could tell her anything without being judged. She shared her personal experience with her health struggles and what treatments worked really well. I have also done the leg compression which is superb! He has other services in there as well. There is massage therapy, cryo facials, etc. You can even do monthly packages at different levels of what you are looking for. We purchased a family package for 4 treatments a month. We are very happy with his services and tell everyone and anyone about it! It is in a multi business building near the 83/81 interchange off the Progress exit. The parking lot is not huge, but there should be plenty of parking for you when you arrive. Tell Justin that the Macks sent you! ^_^ You won't regret it!
