I had an AMAZING treatment today!!!! One that I needed because I was so dehydrated. Yesterday I…read morewas starting to feel really tired, nauseous , and dizzy. I noticed that my energy level was low and that I needed to get an IV done ASAP. I'd rather get an IV here then end up in an ER waiting 2 to 4 hours just to be informed that I'm dehydrated. I found Prime IV hydration in Beaverton on YELP since I'm still new to the area. It's close to my house in Progress Ridge so I thought I would give it a try. I'm definitely not a newbie to being dehydrated and just can't get all the water in that I need in a day. I'm familiar with receiving IV drips since I lived in Las Vegas Nevada for 22 years. I'm used to getting stuck, poked, and missed veins from time to time. That's just normal, especially since I normally am extremely dehydrated. I was worried that my veins would be hard to work with but I'm thankful for my one poke and that I experienced great care today. I was respected. I was informed. I felt welcomed. I felt like everything I said mattered and that I was genuinely being heard. I found out from the owner that this was a new location which is why everything is very new. Since I was a new client, I was provided intake paperwork sent electronically to my email. After my paperwork was signed, I was moved into a small meeting room to have a quick 5 to 6 minutes conversation with my intake provider. I was the only client there when PrimeIV opened which gave me time to look around. I took pictures and attached them for others to view. The front desk is clean and organized, floors clean, bathroom clean, and massage chairs. After the 5 to 6 minute interview, I moved to another room where Amy started to prep my arm for my IV. Once my arm was ready, I was off to get my massage. Now, let me tell you these are pretty fancy massage chairs. It's not the normal chairs that you'd be sitting in when you get your nails done in a salon. These are the high-tech massage chairs. There are a total of four in the room, which means the max clients in the room would be only four at a time. The IV room is very quaint and has a little feng shui about it. After I sat down in the massage chair, Amy set my massage to rest/sleep mode then went to mix my IV. My massage was Heaven. I'm so thankful for the massage chairs because the massage helped me relax, especially since I have anxiety. Amy hooked me up to my IV and fixed the titration and my drip started. From the time my bag started to the time it ended took about an hour and 20 minutes. I added vitamin B -12 to my bag And within the first 15 minutes, I already started feeling the energy. When Amy came in to check on me I told her I felt so much energy that I could take on the world. Ha ha ha. When the full bag was done, I felt REJUVENATED!!!! My thoughts and speech improved. My blood pressure improved and my mood was lifted. I no longer felt lethargic, nauseated, or dizzy, and as I mentioned earlier, I felt AMAZING!!!!! If you read everything that I mentioned above, thank you. I know this was long to read, but I feel that my time and my health was valued today and believe my review is worth it to PrimeIV because I had one of the most terrific experiences today out of the many IV Hydration treatments I've had in the past. (Usually every 6 months when I lived in Vegas. If you stayed with me this long, book your appointment and get in and get yourself feeling brand new again! Maybe I'll see you there because I will be a returning client. POS system shows itemized lines.

The nurse here on 12/6 is the person who assist me with these services. I alerted them more than 24 hours ahead that I am a hard stick/poke per their request. I asked the Nurse after the first attempt of poking me if there are accommodations, she reported that she uses these harsh straight needles on babies and children. Then on the 3rd try, she sticks it in an area where she verbally said, " This area tends to hurt" which was my wrist. I was there for literally several hours because one she sticked it in a known painful area and two they did not accommodate me with a butterfly needle as what every one else uses on me. The needle used was too big for me. This establishment prioritizes money over the best interest of their customer. I am not the only one with smaller/sensitive veins and it should be disclosed and advertised if they cannot and do not want to accommodate people with smaller veins. They rather stick me three times, have me there for several hours because I cannot take the fluids fast due to the placement and type of needle they used on me makes it sting. I tried to be so accommodating to them and understanding, but this is ridiculous for a service I am paying for just like everyone else.

On my first appointment I was asked to upload all of my labs for her to go over and discuss on my next visit. I collected them all and got them uploaded right away. When I arrived for my 2nd visit (Jan 21st) she hadn't looked at them. I am a complex case with some pretty wild labs so it does take someone that wants to really dig in help figure me out. The primary issue is my wild hormones, she had some ideas but said she needed to research the correct formulation before suggesting something that may help. She said she would email me the supplement to get, that never came. On January 30th I sent an email letting her know that I didn't receive anything and let her know that the symptoms were getting worse and I was hoping to get the supplement recommendation, no reply. I have my follow up appointment in a few weeks to go over how the supplement that I've never taken is going so I canceled that. My general feeling is that Dr. Tennant isn't a very warm Doctor and I was ok with that but was really hoping she would take the time to dig in to help me, she didn't.

It was impressive how knowledgeable they both were. Especially Emily ! We tried a few different IV's. The set up is very nice and comfortable, with big cozy chairs, and a ottoman for your feet. It is pricey. They might have a discount for your first time. One really cool thing they mentioned to us was regarding iron infusions. Compared to the prices even with insurance, it can be thousands of dollars. Here they are much more reasonable, and you are not paying for everything else they charge you for normally. One other thing to mention. You won't have a needle stuck in your arm for the whole time. They use something that is soft and flexible, so you are free to move your arm around. It was not at all uncomfortable. We will be back.

I completed all recommended sessions and waited five months after finishing treatment, but unfortunately I did not see any noticeable improvement in my under-eye area. After raising my concerns and sharing before/after photos, I was told that results can vary greatly from person to person, that the under-eye area is very difficult to treat non-surgically, and that additional sessions may be needed. I also learned that some clients may see only subtle results. Had I understood from the beginning that there was a possibility of seeing little to no visible improvement after four sessions and a significant financial investment, I likely would not have chosen this treatment. No procedure should cost this much if there's minimal to no results after The provider was polite and professional in communication, and I do appreciate that. However, I was disappointed that no refund, partial refund, or alternative solution was offered despite my lack of results. I think it's important for potential clients to have realistic expectations before committing to this treatment, especially given the cost.

I booked a massage and received a call about an hour or so before that they needed to push my massage back because of the person before me being late. I said no problem, I prefer later, let's go with it. They then called me back and said they moved it back up to 3pm.. at this point they should have left it. It's unprofessional to go back and forth and be calling me 3 times during my work day for another client who is late. The massage room itself was small, but nice, but definitely needs a place for people to put their clothes and phone/stuff. The massage therapist said I could put my stuff on his chair but that felt odd. The message itself was... Jerky and while we had 90 minutes, it was really fast strokes and made it not relaxing at all. He never worked on my neck and shoulders while I was face up which is odd since I mentioned they were an area of focus I wanted. They also don't do the hot wet towels on your back to wipe off excess oil. I was not impressed when I left with so much oil on my feet I was sliding around and my car seat had residual massage oil when I got out. The man who gave me a massage awkwardly ended it by saying, "okay, that's it". And walking out. No, I'll meet you outside or we'll have tea for you... completely abrupt and odd. I walked out after dressing and the front desk lady was nice enough but said she didn't know I wa done and was going to go get me water and snacks. The massage is timed, so she should know when it's done... but it was a nice gesture and it's a good touch if executed better. Unfortunately I felt so uncomfortable at this point I paid and left. Can't say I'll be back unless the service gets better
