We have been here twice and both times were great. There were two different nurses we have met and both have been so friendly and talkative. It was impressive how knowledgeable they both were. Especially Emily ! We tried a few different IV's. The set up is very nice and comfortable, with big cozy chairs, and a ottoman for your feet. The process did take too long. They have pressure IV bags, to help things move along quicker. It really does seem like a great idea to get an immune boost, especially if you are traveling. It is pricey. They might have a discount for your first time. One really cool thing they mentioned to us was regarding iron infusions. Compared to the prices even with insurance, it can be thousands of dollars. Here they are much more reasonable, and you are not paying for everything else they charge you for normally. One other thing to mention. You won't have a needle stuck in your arm for the whole time. They use something that is soft and flexible, so you are free to move your arm around. It was not at all uncomfortable. We will be back. read more

Top notch IV clinic, such a beautiful place and they have thought of everything that will make you feel comfortable. The place is so clean and well put together, I could have stayed there for 12 hours. I'm traveling and called several other places and none of them would take me in. The beautiful nurse who looked like she can be Julianne Moore's daughter got me in and provided me with all the info I needed. When the catheter was inserted, I didn't even feel it. She kept checking up on me and made sure I was doing well. This was an excellent experience and their prices were perfect. I walked in super grumpy, groggy and nauseous from a long night out. Steven is compassionate, knowledgeable and helpful. He gave me a regular IV drip and anti nausea medication. He clearly cares about his patients and I appreciate that. He didn't even charge me for the anti nausea; which is wonderful and he didn't have to do that. 11/10 would come back again if I'm in this hang over situation again. We had a little too much fun at my husband's work Christmas party and did not know how we were going to check out of our hotel and drive 3 hours home. We called up Good IV and ended up heading over to meet Stephen at Bio Lounge. We would've had the treatment in our hotel room but late checkout time was up. After a really easy and relaxing 45 minutes we feel like new people! We opted for the basic package with a nausea relief add-on and honestly, I think the full package would have been even better! Called this guy up after a particularly fun birthday very dehydrated and not feeling well at all. A bit apprehensive as I am not the biggest fan of needles. This is a long overdue review. I am a huge fan of Good IV! It has become my favorite form of self care. I am finishing up a lengthy (4.5 year) graduate medical program and run myself pretty ragged keeping up with competing responsibilities. I know it's time to make myself an appointment when I get that tired, heavy, rundown feeling and moving from the bed to the couch feels like a gargantuan effort. Getting a Myer's bag (sometimes with added glutathione) makes me feel like I have risen from the dead. It's like hitting a giant reset button. Stephen is professional, kind, and skilled at his work. I have tiny, squirrely little veins that are not an easy stick. He has a gentle, almost pain-free technique and a reassuring, calming manner. The only thing I hate more than a needle in my arm is being sick on the eve of leaving for vacation. Facing the morbid reality of a miserable plane ride and a vacation spent shivering under a blanket, I channeled my inner-Burroughs and had the kind professionals at Good IV pump me full of vitamins as part of their "Pick Me Up" package. I was a little apprehensive at first when I made the initial call to Good IV; within the first minute of meeting Stephen at my door, I knew this would be a wonderful experience! It's always unsettling to find a company online, you hope that they are ethically correct in the medical field when you are having them in your home to provide you a service that deals with needles and safety risks. As a 37-year-old woman, I have a horrible fear of needles from a childhood experience gone wrong. I must say, this was one of the easiest pokes I've had in a LONG time. Stephen has a wonderful personality, is very professional and an absolute delight to work with. I can't imagine better company to have when sitting for an hour getting an IV of magic fluids. I highly recommend Good IV and can't stop raving to my colleagues about my first experience with this company. We had a case of food poisoning and needed to get rehydrated. Found this option to be cheaper, faster, and a lot more comforting than going to the ER. I called to see if a nurse could come to us, we had a consultation, and a really knowledgable, nice NP came within an hour! Great experience and highly recommend it.
