While I understand that risks and consent forms are part of cosmetic procedures, that does not change the outcome I experienced after treatment at your clinic. Prior to beginning treatments, I was specifically told that 3 Nouvaderm sessions would help remove my dark spots and improve my skin. Instead, after my final treatment, my pigmentation became significantly darker and I developed visible marks and irritation that I did not have before. Since then, I have consulted with multiple independent skin specialists and nurses, who expressed concern that my skin may have been overtreated and that improper laser settings likely contributed to the hyperpigmentation and damage I am now dealing with. I am currently facing thousands of dollars in corrective treatments because of the condition my skin was left in afterward. Your statement that there was "no evidence" of damage during my follow-up does not invalidate my experience or the professional opinions I received afterward from other providers. Hyperpigmentation and laser-related skin trauma can worsen over time, especially in deeper skin tones. I shared my review to honestly describe my personal experience and to encourage others to thoroughly research providers and understand the risks before committing to expensive treatments.

My eyes kept watering because the knife going into my skin near my eyes hurt----badly. And he wouldn't stop yelling at me for it. "Stop that" he yelled again. How could I? It was involuntary. She simply acknowledged 2 months plus 8 prior waiting for an appointment is "not too bad." Next step, 6 months of low grade antibiotics, seriously? When doing my skin check she picked up my Harris with the ends of the fingers,like you might if something was dirty or you wanted to not interact with. She clearly has her own fears or issues about germs, bugs, mites etc. as she was grossed out and/or bored by my presence. She did not educate me in any meaningful way, she did not ask one questions except what I do for a living and she left with a student in tow with not even a goodbye or direction for next follow up. Having worked in a medical dermatologist office for 3 years I'm familiar with cosmetic procedures including Botox. I had previously gotten Botox at my old work YEARS ago for migraines and wrinkle preventative and I loved it. I always thought the doctor I worked with was conservative, and since the Botox I got from my boss was free it made more sense that she went conservative. But I was very wrong. If you want results but also something conservative Jessie is you're person. I told Jessie how many units I typically got and she did 6 units less. It doesn't seem like a big deal but it is. Instead of doing my forehead which my doctor usually did Jessie opted to only do my lateral eyebrows and my glabella (the frowning wrinkles). I saw results within the next day, and 80-90% results by the second day. My migraine was skipped this month (monthly hormonal related migraine) and my brows are lifted giving me a more awake look. I'm so pleased it's unbelievable. Not only that Jessie gave me advice as to not get Botox until after my second baby is done breast feeding. I'm not pregnant but plan to get pregnant. She sat with me to calculate if the timing was good. I'm so grateful Jessie is so thorough. Lastly, Jessie gave me some advice as to where I could look for employment in Oregon as I had just moved from California. This is top notch customer service. But then when I started asking questions it got dicey really fast. The woman informed me she wasn't sure if the consultation fee would go towards the removal appointment. Then I asked what would cause it to not go towards treatment and she said she didn't know. She asked me the size and it was very small. Under 3 inches and 0.5 inches in size, black. She said that was a very large tattoo to remove. But on their website they show a very large black tattoo removal that I assume they did and it didn't make sense that my very small tattoo was too big?!?! The woman then told me that she couldn't help me because I didn't give her measurements in centimeters?!?! It just didn't feel right. None of it. Couldn't get a real answer to anything and just the fact that my really small black tattoo was considered very large to this business. I'll be going to a business who can at least convert inches to centimeters
