The staff kindly accommodated a schedule change the day before my appointment. Upon arrival, Snigdha was very welcoming. Crystal, the nurse, was informative, warm and professional. I'll definitely be back! read more

I have a membership and I was excited about focusing on my health and wellness. This was the first time I have received services at this establishment. The nurse here on 12/6 is the person who assist me with these services. I alerted them more than 24 hours ahead that I am a hard stick/poke per their request. I asked the Nurse after the first attempt of poking me if there are accommodations, she reported that she uses these harsh straight needles on babies and children. Then on the 3rd try, she sticks it in an area where she verbally said, " This area tends to hurt" which was my wrist. I was there for literally several hours because one she sticked it in a known painful area and two they did not accommodate me with a butterfly needle as what every one else uses on me. The needle used was too big for me. This establishment prioritizes money over the best interest of their customer. I am not the only one with smaller/sensitive veins and it should be disclosed and advertised if they cannot and do not want to accommodate people with smaller veins. They rather stick me three times, have me there for several hours because I cannot take the fluids fast due to the placement and type of needle they used on me makes it sting. I tried to be so accommodating to them and understanding, but this is ridiculous for a service I am paying for just like everyone else. read more

I can't say enough wonderful things about this place. Walking in you're greeted be the friendliest and most helpful staff. The facility is the perfect combination of spotless and cozy. It's sterile from a cleanliness standpoint, but far from a cold and off-putting medical environment. Every time I come in I'm treated like a priority, but so is every other person I see come in as I receive my treatment. The IV and shots are essentially painless due to the experience and care taken by the administrating staff. The chairs are comfortable, the treatments effective, the environment lovely. The first time I walked in Vanja helped me understand the procedure, helped me pick the best options for my goals, and made me feel at home. 11/10! I recommend Boot IV to all of my friends and family. Side note: I truly believe they have saved me from getting sick this cold and flu season! read more

Boost IV & Wellness - Getting hydrated and vitamin boosted! Energy and immune system can't be stopped! - IV Hydration Near Me - Portland, Oregon

Still loving Boost IV all these years later! I really love their new(er) location -- complete with a fireplace partition in the center of the room. It makes each IV station feel a little more private, but it's still very spacious. All of the staff are always friendly, thoughtful, and thorough. read more

I LOVE Boost IV. I started going consistently every month at the beginning of this year and have seen a huge improvement on my physical and mental health. It gives me a huge boost of energy, I rarely ever get sick (my boyfriend just had a flu and so I got an IV drip the first day he was sick and miraculously didn't catch it!), and I've seen an improvement on my mood and sleep. The space at Boost IV is welcoming and feels like a safe environment--the administers are all professionals and very friendly, making it a relaxing and joyous experience. Highly recommend making this part of your healthcare routine! read more

I go here once a week for B12 injections, I'm always in and out in less than 5 minutes. Awesome staff, good environment, quick service.

I felt renewed about 10 mins in, I had not felt like myself in weeks. The brain fog, headaches, and fever I've had the past couple of weeks made it impossible to focus. I am sure I will continue to feel better as days go by. It's incredible how fast the IV treatment made me feel so much better. Update: Since my first treatment I've been back for more treatment and every time the positive effects are felt within minutes. Would highly recommend to anyone looking and needing a healthy boost! read more

I have been somewhat of a regular at Boost IV - Dr. Jon and the staff are all wonderful. Anemia brings me in for infusions of Venofer (iron) and I also get high dose Vitamin C IVs for an inflammatory condition. When I don't have time for an IV or don't need iron I find that getting shots really help to bolster my system and keep me going. My immune system seems more robust when I get regular treatment at Boost IV. Thanks Boost Team! read more

I've had many IVs in the past, the first time getting an injection. I'm sure it will take time to notice any benefits.

I've been a member at Boost IV for a few years now. The IV makes me feel so great and full of energy. The following morning after a Boost IV I don't even need coffee, although I still get one Vanja is always so welcoming and all of the nurses are professional and fun to chat with. I recommend Boost IV all the time and I've taken several of my friends there. read more

I first met Dr. Luchs as a naturopath patient of his almost 8 years ago now. He understands health, and uses both naturopathic and allopathic approaches in a way that is logical and patient-centered. I have really been enjoying his Boost IV clinic's services for some time now. I use his IVs to recover from long bouts of air travel, as early intervention if I feel any kind of a bug coming on, and as a great way of generally feeling good and performing well in life. Sometimes I'll also use his IVs as a way to prepare for an intense job, athletic endeavour, or for dealing with a stressful life situation. His staff are terrific, and I look forward to my appointments there, as it's a calm, relaxing space, too. read more

Great place! I have a fear of needles and IVs from some really bad experiences as a kid. I came in with my wife, and the nurse did such a spectacular job calming my fears, was so professional, and I barely felt it at all! I wasn't sure if the IV would help me feel better, but it helped me get back on my feet quickly. Will definitely come back. Thanks Boost IV! read more

I've been visiting Boost IV for almost a year now and it has been amazing! Their nurses are awesome, online scheduling is great, and the monthly membership has helped me save a lot of money as I am on a long journey toward better health. I came into BoostIV with alcohol poisoning, and not only did the actual IV and B12 injection help immensely, but the care of the nurse on call, the very calming environment, the tea selection; it was all exactly what I needed. read more

Had some issues with communication between different staff and my membership. Spoke with the owner and expressed my concerns and was hoping to get the issue resolved but owner was not accepting feedback or hearing my experience out, rudely cut me off while speaking because I didn't want to pay a $150 for a membership today after I just spent $230 there yesterday suggested I go elsewhere after expressing to him there was no reason for me to sign up for the membership after spending more than I intended to yesterday. Money hungry, rude, and unprofessional owner. Update: I was an active member. My card got denied for some odd reason they didn't contact me to let me know. I called back in June to ask if my membership was active I was told I would get a call back and never received a call back, called again no answer. I have a active card on file hence he refunded me the difference on the card they have on file. They were being difficult on restarting my membership regardless this is my review on on my experience and I stand by it the owner is rude and unprofessional. read more

I came to Boost IV for an energy drip prior to my birthday weekend. The drip took about 40 minutes and the staff was extremely attentive. I love coming to Boost! I always feel so good after my infusions and I love getting the shots as little pick-me-ups when I can't get an IV. I feel so much healthier since coming here on a regular basis and am getting sick a lot less often. All the staff are super friendly and I love the relaxing atmosphere when I get my IVs. I also love the membership deal, as well as little seasonal discounts here and there - there are lots of ways to save which helps make it all a little bit more affordable. Highly recommend! read more

Has only been a few hrs since receiving my iv but I already have more energy and feel more productive than I have all week. The folks I encountered there were very friendly and courteous. The atmosphere is very calming and not at all like other scary sterile medical facilities. Bring your earpods for a perfect mid day nap in front of the faux fireplace. Can't wait to try other iv mixes now that I've made it through my first here. read more

Came in with the beginnings of a cold. Got the immunity boost IV. Next day. Feel great. Pretty awesome! Highly recommend.

I felt better from when I woke up after a crazy night out with some visiting friends. I felt more hydrated and the zofran helped my nausea too. I didn't feel 100% but it's an improvement from the morning! The procedure was really comfortable, didn't hurt at all. The employee was super nice and I felt way at ease. The office suite is a little cramped and you do get a little chilly from the fluids dripping in, but it's better than feeling icky. I think I'll go back again and try some of their other vitamin and hydration formulas. read more

We texted with the doctor at Boost IV and he was able to squeeze us both in for a hydration IV session. It was great and so easy and we felt on the mend very quickly. He was great with any questions we had and main the process so easy and comfortable. If we are back in Portland, I will make another appointment for sure! read more

I got the Athlete's Boost IV in preparation for a multi sport race the next where the temperature's were expected to be in the high 90's. I wanted to get some extra vitamins, electrolytes and hydration so I didn't have to pound water with additives the day before my event. I felt really good during and after my race. I believe the IV helped speed my recovery time and reduce muscle soreness. The procedure itself was painless and easy. It took about 40 minutes and the Dr. made every effort to make it as comfortable as possible. I don't live in the area, but if I'm in Portland again for a race I will definitely be going back for pre and post race hydration. read more
