They moved the furniture and laid down protective coverings for all exposed spaces on stairs and floors. Each day they cleaned all spaces being treated. Their reconstruction of the walls, cabinetry and floors was meticulous. And they were unfailingly polite and considerate of the house's inhabitants at all times. Treating mold is never a pleasant experience, I reckon. But working with ARS was a pleasure. Five stars in my book.

Right from the first moment on the phone I knew that Daryl and Rapid Restoration would be the company we would go with. He gave me a thorough education about the process and gave me helpful advice right from the first moment. His help over the phone was always clear and accurate. He set us on the right path immediately. Seth and his crew were in our house within 48 hours to do the mitigation and boy were they thorough. The floor was pulled up, the room was disinfected and dried. And all the while, Daryl and Seth made sure that we had the documentation and backup necessary to communicate with our homeowners insurance company. With the mitigation done, the crew came back a few weeks later to actually do the repairs and get our floors back to the condition they were in before. This was equally impressive.
