I was in agony due to a bad decision made by someone else. Other places I called agreed to make me an appointment in a month and were mostly concerned with my insurance card. This place came in early to accommodate my dental emergency. They we also sensitive to my anxiety and gently made sure my every need was met. I can't think of a single negative think to say about my dealings with them. Once my dental concerns were discussed the office staff filed my insurance and I paid the remaining balance upon leaving. After putting my foot down and demanding to speak to the office manager Sierra, I finally was getting somewhere. Sierra accused me of not treating her staff kindly just because I told her dental assistant that she was hurting my mouth while taking x-rays. I was giving her some pointers of how to ease the pain during this since I had been a dental assistant in the past longer than her . She took offense and told her manager that I was being un-kind. Oh well, I feel for you all when she takes molar x-rays. One of the staff members had a nerve to ask me for a review (well here it is). I was told that I had to write a review in order to spin the wheel and win a stupid ink pen (wow) that was funny to me, she was so arrogant. This dental office is located not far off of the interstate in Concord , North Carolina. For the last 5-7 years, I've had no issues . The front desk team are very friendly and work very hard to make sure I'm seen on time for my cleanings. Appointments start as early as 8 AM. The hygienist and dentists are also very friendly and offer great health advice. The suites are comfortable and come equip with cable TVs.
