Horrible. Received a filling and it fell out days later causing horrible pain. I called and…read moreinformed them that the filling they gave me days ago had fallen out and I was in pain. Receptionists said he would schedule an emergency apt. Receptionist then tells me that they calculated my dental plan wrong from my last visit and that I needed to pay $150 before they can see me. To give me a bad filling, calculate my treatment wrong and not notify me, wait until I call for an emergency to inform me of this error, and say we can't see you until you pay this unexpected money that we calculated wrong without telling you.....poor treatment dental wise and customer wise. Don't go here.

The paperwork filed to his insurance was done incorrectly, making the surgery not covered. I have also shown Up for my appointment for a cleaning and was told that they would have to work me in with an estimated 1 hr wait time. There were claims at attempted contact with me to discuss appointment details and potentially reschedule me. Needless to say, patient care and experience have not been positive and we will not be returning.
