The outcome of my surgery with Dr. Brian Dorner has been devastating and greatly impacted my…read morequality of life and has left me in extreme distress. I have been left with visible nasal scarring, an appearance that causes me profound sorrow, and difficulty breathing. The emotional impact has severely affected my ability to function in daily life. I originally sought treatment for a minor asymmetry in my nostrils. My understanding is that Dr. Dorner cut completely through the outside of my nose on both sides, removed tissue, and pulled the remaining tissue together with sutures. Afterward, I was left with scars, indentations, and visible suture marks across the front and sides of my nasal tip. My tip and nostrils were pulled significantly upward, dramatically changing the appearance of my nose. I did not have these issues and upward rotation before the surgery nor did I ask for an aggressively turned up nasal tip. Beyond the appearance, the sides of my nose now visibly collapse inward when I inhale, making nasal breathing difficult. I have been told this is nasal valve collapse. I have also been told during subsequent consultations, with some of the most notable rhinoplasty surgeons in the country, that the nasal incisions may have compromised blood flow to my nasal tip. This could make corrective surgery more dangerous, including a risk of tissue loss. Facing the possibility that attempts to repair these problems could cause further harm has been deeply frightening. This is a horrific outcome. I sought subtle improvements and have been left dealing with substantial changes to my appearance, breathing problems, and severe emotional distress. I am sharing my experience because these consequences are lasting and affect me every day. I believe prospective patients deserve to hear about my outcome when considering this surgeon. I ordered my pictures around 7 AM online and requested to pick them up at this location. It stated on my email that the photos would be ready by 10 AM. On top of that I was being the best Coupon Carla I could be and had a 50% coupon applied to my order. SCORE! By 9 AM I received an email stating they were ready for pickup. Way quicker than I anticipated. I walked into the store and a young guy working at the register cheerfully said "Hi, welcome to Walgreens". I walked over to the photo counter, pressed the help button and a minute later a girl came out of the double doors, asked for my last name and pulled my order. I paid with a card and was on my way. Pros: -Can order pictures online -Can pickup said pictures in the store -Ability to apply a coupon to your photo order -Quick and easy -Customer Service was friendly and efficient Cons: -Me waiting until the week of Father's Day to put together a gift. My friend and I went up there at 7 and staff said thar their supervisor just told them to say 7 but they didn't really have them. Not sure what happened as I saw them with my own eyes but it just felt like a shady waste of time.
