Sealed the likely entrance, built trap boxes ( YouTube... ) and used various baits. Rats are extremely smart and fast. He'd get the food but not caught. After a a few weeks I gave in and searched for an exterinator. The reviews about Joe prompted me to get in touch. The reviews describe him perfectly ! He came the next day. We spent almost 2 hours going around the house inspecting for evidence of entry points, nests, activity as well as getting to know each other. He is truly a nice guy who knows his craft ! Joe seemed impressed by my approach. Thought, based on what he saw, that there might only be the one and didn't see any obvious additional enrty points. He suggested a few new baits and traps and we decided to stay in touch before moving to poison. He refused payment for his time and advice. He promptly replied to my status texts over the next few days. Nobody caught, no success... until I got him ! Sent Joe pictures. Recieved a congratulations reply ! Now going to keep monitoring for a few weeks, traps set. Maybe my problem is solved. Fingers crossed my visitor didn't have friends and family. I needed to get the hinges replaced on a noisy inside door of my house (the joys of being a new homeowner), and I got several responses from contractors across Yelp. Andrei's stood out both because it was the lowest price quote, and he had the best reviews of any other respondent. It seemed a little too good to be true, but I figured it was worth taking a chance. I'm glad I did, because Andrei IS too good to be true, and yet he exists. Excellent communication, punctual, thorough and completely self-sufficient, the hinge replacement process started off great. Then, after expertly replacing the hinges, and even sanding a bit at the base of the door where it caused the door to stick when opening and closing, he checked to see how the door opened and closed - the door was now blissfully quiet, but still stuck, and he identified the door latch and plate as needing to be adjusted. Above and beyond! The door works perfectly now, it's literally like a new door. And because the door was to my mother-in-law's bedroom, having Andrei provide this superlative service scored me a few points with her (well, at least for a few hours, until she found something else to grumble about). He also left the space clean, and was very courteous from start to finish. I am so thrilled to have found Andrei, because as a new homeowner, I am discovering fun new surprises in the house that I purchased late last year all the time. I got a mailer in from O'Shea trucking and decided to give them an opportunity to give an estimate. I spoke to Michelle O'Shea who told me it was a family business and they help to move locally and long distance. She scheduled with Rick, her husband, to come provide an estimate. When Rick came to provide the estimate, he was informative, kind and thorough. He went to see all the rooms, attic and crawl space. I really appreciated that the owner himself came to do the estimate rather than the previous sales people I've dealt with at other companies. Michelle sent over the quote and I was able to secure my date with a deposit. Unfortunately, we had issues with our closing date and buyers and had to changed our previously scheduled moving date. Michelle was wondering and communicative as she accommodated our new date. She was able to set up a crew to help me move before we needed to be out of the house. I was so appreciative of all her efforts. The day of the move, Rick called me and informed me that the crew was on their way. Rick himself and 4 members of his team were there ready to work. They were efficient, they worked well together, communicated well and everything flowed. They did a walk through prior to the move to ensure what was being moved and packed everything up so well. When moving into the new space, they transported all the furniture and assembled them in their designated rooms. They put down runners throughout the house to ensure everything was safe and transported well. They asked questions and moved things where directed. Each person had a task - unloading, building, transporting and the family team really worked well together. I highly recommend O'Shea Trucking for your next move. From someone who got about 6 quotes prior to meeting O'shea, I am so thankful for the mailer I received from them and very grateful I reached out. But, as of recent I need my white dress shirts, black dress pants, and vest laundered and pressed. I also love to have my laundry wash dried and folded. This little establishment does everything! They're are a such sweet couple and have fantastic customer service!! They tried to find a button for my jacket, steamed my dress shirt one day for me in 10 minutes bc I don't like any wrinkles when I go to work:) I also have a very busy life and sometimes forget things, they remind me so kindly. They work so hard and take pride in their business, and have fantastic prices. They are clean and get all my food stains (from work like ketchup coffee etc.) out of my clothes. I recommended this place for all laundry drop off and dry cleaning needs. Thank you two so much!! (When I say all stains what I mean is: I try and get stains out at work when it happens, this couple does their best but don't expect a set in stain to come completely out and it look like a new article or clothing people! All Around Trucking provided unprofessional and unsanitary services during which they did not meet…read moredeadlines, violated the terms of our contract, broke furniture and personal belongings, and moved my items carelessly and in a chaotic and disorganized fashion. I would not recommend hiring them. I've listed a subset of the issues below. Damage to belongings and chaotic process. All Around Trucking left a significant amount of furniture and boxes in the incorrect location of my new house and haphazardly. Items were physically crushed during the move. Items that did not have any relationship to one another were packed in the same box while items that were related to one another were frequently packed in different boxes. In fact, various lamps arrived and were deliberately left in multiple pieces in different rooms across my new house with certain components missing. Missing personal belongings. This includes two outdoor statues and a portion of a glass desk. Home damage. All Around Trucking caused physical damage to the floors and walls of the house we moved into by aggressively and carelessly banging boxes and furniture into the walls and floor. Timing. All Around Trucking was contractually bound to completely pack the house we moved from on Friday. However, the movers worked approximately 4 hours on Friday, did not complete the job, and left early. They came back the next day only to complete the move in a disorganized fashion since they were rushed and didn't have enough time to do everything. They also behaved in an unsanitary manner. Movers. The movers (who I tipped well) affirmatively said some of the furniture wouldn't fit in certain rooms. They dumped furniture, boxes, and other belongings wherever was convenient for them. The movers also (incorrectly) alleged that a couch, a treadmill, and an elliptical machine would not fit in the basement, so they left such belongings chaotically in my garage. I needed to hire a separate moving company at additional cost to complete the job, in addition to doing certain of the work myself. The movers also behaved disrespectfully. They left garbage, including food, wrappers, drinks, and other trash in several rooms of both the house we moved from and the house we moved to. They used the bathroom, yet did not flush the toilet - disgusting. I needed to hire a professional to clean up the mess the movers made. They left family photographs and other important mementos, as well as my primary filing cabinet, in the house we moved from. All Around Trucking failed to comprehensively and correctly move my furniture and belongings. I am 71 years old. I hired All Around Trucking to simplify my move. They complicated it, causing extra expense and significant emotional stress in the proce
