I found this company which has great ratings and reviews, yet I was still a bit skeptical from previous experiences with different companies. However, I decided to give it a try and I truly think it was the smartest decision I made in a while!!! Not only that they were super professional, but they were also very patient and friendly and knew how to deal with my crazy frustrated attitude which really surprised me. They literally guided me step by step, whats happening and how to deal with everything in the mean time. They sent a very knowledgeable technician in no time and he knew right away what needs to be done. It's crazy to say that not only that everything is fixed it even looks cleaner and better than before. I'm usually a critic but I think for the first time there's nothing bad I can say about the service I was provided. They really made me feel like the whole company from the person who answered to the technician who came to my house was built and personalized to me and my situation. Although, this kind of service and feeling is priceless, and I would gladly pay whatever they would ask for, yet they were still very fairly priced, and I would strongly recommend them to everyone that should need this kind of service, and will call them again if needed with no hesitation!!!

Prime Mold Removal did an outstanding job fixing my basement…read more Mold was removed from the walls of the basement, replaced insulation, drywall and painted. Then they installed vinyl floor planks over the existing floor. Mike and Shimon were very professional, reliable and committed to doing the job right. They were transparent about costs, clearly explaining the work with detailed invoices outlining the work and associated fees. They arrived on time and maintained a clean and organized workspace. They provided ongoing progress of the job with text messages and photos. Work was done meticulously and efficiently and with care. Shimon was especially conscientious and attentive to detail. Any minor changes, questions or concerns were addressed, adjustments thoroughly resolved. The craftsmanship was evident in the quality of the finished result: the insulation, new walls, painting and the vinyl floor planks they installed looked as if they were always there. Their work helped transform the appearance of the dingy dank basement and now, a light, clean open space. It resembles a model showroom! I 'm extremely grateful to Mike and Shimon for their expertise, honesty, attention to detail and commitment to quality. I highly recommend Prime Mold Removal-they are outstanding and make the entire process smooth and the physical results beautiful. Thank you Mike and Shimon! I had two problems that needed to be addressed. I had a fairly new toilet that hadn't been set…read moreproperly and was moving around the floor and leaking. Also, the cold water stopped working in my shower, making the shower unusable. I lost my husband this year and am never sure about what to do when things go wrong in the house, since I never had to address those problems in the past. I called 1-Tom and they made me feel completely confident about my choice. Right from the start, I liked the fact that they answered the phone and I didn't have to keep pushing buttons to get to the right person. I was told that they stood behind all their work and they would make sure I was satisfied with the outcome. Before Alex came to my home, I received a photo of him. He was confident and friendly and I immediately felt I was in good hands. Originally it looked like it was going to be a bad situation with the toilet and that the floor might have to be torn up. Alex showed me what the problem was and I could now see why the toilet couldn't be installed correctly in the first place. Alex called his boss and discussed what needed to be done. He was able to do it without damaging the floor, which was a huge relief. I trusted that 1-Tom did the best job possible for me while avoiding major repairs. I would definitely use their services again and recommend them to my friends.
