I rarely bother updating reviews but since Jamie's response is a blatant lie I will do that. I…read moredid not leave a review until after a year because that is when I first noticed that he did not finish the floor under the vanity leaving chunks of cement. You said you can do the repair without moving the vanity. You lied. you could not do it and did not do it. I never said not to do it and you know very well the tenant responsible for the damage was footing the bill. your work is shoddy and the photos (please see the horrible work done here) show it. your quote "You directly told us you did not want to move the vanity so we did the best we could under those terms". This is a blatant lie, you said the vanity did not need to be moved to do the job. "you also gave us the saddle to install we didn't purchase it and install it" It is definitely not the right saddle but instead of doing quality work you threw it down to be done with the job. I had to pay to have it replaced with a professional contractor. "You mentioned you wanted to give us more work which doesn't make sense if we did such Terrible work and because we were to busy due to the storm in September 2022 and we didn't get back to you on time you decide to write this false statement on yelp" I asked you to repair this shoddy job and in lieu I would give you more work but instead, you decided to throw these lies on Yelp because you are not an upstanding guy. "Once again another customer who doesn't want to spend to much money" I had no budget constraints and you know that. YOU didn't want to spend the time or money to do the job properly.

Prime Mold Removal did an outstanding job fixing my basement…read more Mold was removed from the walls of the basement, replaced insulation, drywall and painted. Then they installed vinyl floor planks over the existing floor. Mike and Shimon were very professional, reliable and committed to doing the job right. They were transparent about costs, clearly explaining the work with detailed invoices outlining the work and associated fees. They arrived on time and maintained a clean and organized workspace. They provided ongoing progress of the job with text messages and photos. Work was done meticulously and efficiently and with care. Shimon was especially conscientious and attentive to detail. Any minor changes, questions or concerns were addressed, adjustments thoroughly resolved. The craftsmanship was evident in the quality of the finished result: the insulation, new walls, painting and the vinyl floor planks they installed looked as if they were always there. Their work helped transform the appearance of the dingy dank basement and now, a light, clean open space. It resembles a model showroom! I 'm extremely grateful to Mike and Shimon for their expertise, honesty, attention to detail and commitment to quality. I highly recommend Prime Mold Removal-they are outstanding and make the entire process smooth and the physical results beautiful. Thank you Mike and Shimon! These are the people you want for your contracting needs!

He was incredibly HONEST and upfront about the work that needed to be done and what DID NOT NEED TO BE DONE, and his prices were very reasonable compared to other companies in the area. Moisha was efficient - he wasted no time in identifying the problem and getting to work, which was a huge relief since dealing with mold can be stressful. We urgently needed Moisha to confirm if there was or wasn't mold in a unit that we were in the process of purchasing. He knew that time was of the essence and we could have been really screwed if we got stuck with something that was a complete problem. Moisha moved his appointments and got us in RIGHT AWAY! Thank you so much Moisha for making it happen for us! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MOISHA TO ALL MY FRIENDS.

He was great and so nice and explained everything in so much detail! I don't have the report yet since it was just done last night but just wanted to let his team know he was great!

After dealing with kitchen damage, I realized the actual repair part was only half the battle. The…read moreinsurance side of everything was honestly more overwhelming than the damage itself. Every phone call felt like I was speaking a different language and I had no idea what was actually covered versus what I was being told. Finding NYTDR completely changed that experience for me. What I appreciated most was that they approached the situation like people who actually understand how stressful it is to have your home disrupted, not just like another construction job. They caught things in the kitchen that I would've never thought to document for the claim and explained the process in a way that actually made sense. There were multiple moments where I probably would've accepted less from insurance if they hadn't stepped in. The kitchen now looks better than it did before the damage happened, but honestly the biggest value was having people who knew how to navigate both the restoration side and the insurance side at the same time. That combination is rare. Most companies either know construction or know claims. NYTDR seemed to understand both equally well, which made the entire process way smoother than I expected.

Cleaner called an hour before arrival, reviewed the site and discussed the price. Initial steam cleaning for the living room/dining room and hallway was one price. Additional shampoo, sanitizing, deodorizing, etc treatment was an additional price. We agreed to have everything done. Cleaner brought up his equipment and finished the project in less than two hours. Happy with results of our clean, almost like new carpet. Two days after drying, we noticed stains we hadn't seen before or during the cleaning process. Called back, sent photos and they said rescheduled within the week for a return. Midweek they called with a definite return trip. Cleaner re-cleaned the area. Very satisfied with the results! Saved us a lot of time!

Not only that they were super professional, but they were also very patient and friendly and knew how to deal with my crazy frustrated attitude which really surprised me. They sent a very knowledgeable technician in no time and he knew right away what needs to be done. It's crazy to say that not only that everything is fixed it even looks cleaner and better than before.
