I highly recommend purchasing or having your bike serviced here; you will be blown away on how well they take care of you!

Their customer service is outstanding, they're honest, their prices are fair, and they do exceptional work without trying to sell you things you don't need. I recently moved to the area and needed a tune-up for my bike. I went to Outspokin' Bicycles first and the guy I talked to couldn't even give me an actual price to tune-up my bike, just kept saying, "It's going to be very expensive to fix this, I recommend just buying a new bike." Even after explaining that buying a new bike wasn't in my budget and that I simply wanted a tune-up, they continued to tell me how expensive it would be to fix my bike. They listed a long series of repairs, never gave me a clear estimate, and said it would be more than two weeks before I'd get my bike back. Thankfully, I decided to get a second opinion at Cycle Center--and I'm so glad I did! From the moment I walked in, they were friendly, honest, and helpful. They gave me a clear, very reasonable quote, completed the work in just two days, and when I picked up my bike, I could hardly believe it was the same one. It looked and rode like new! It's refreshing to find a shop that genuinely cares about its customers, provides quality workmanship, and charges fair prices. If you're looking for a bike shop you can trust, I highly recommend Cycle Center. They exceeded my expectations in every way!

John discovered that after I had a new engine put in by a dealership they had failed to update the the stock ECU, as a matter of fact they hadn't even tuned it for the bigger displacement engine. John explained the issue and made FACT based suggestions for the fix and 2 weeks later it was repaired, new headers, new tuner, a tune up and oil change. John has without asking checked and adjusted the tune several times, yes fine tune it, WITHOUT charge, just to ensure it's dead on. John has been my go to mechanic since. Want it done right by a honest expert, go to 76 Cycle Shop and see John, gizmo too. The way dealerships use to be.

I first…read moremet John several years ago, when after having an issue with my local Harley dealer, a friend referred me to 76 Cycle on Dutch Fork Rd (Hwy 76) between White Rock and Chapin. Bike was dripping oil because the HD dealer refused to replace a 10 cent o-ring. John took one look at it, instantly knew what the problem was and had me pull into the garage. Fifteen minutes later, it's fixed, and he wouldn't let me pay him. From then on for several years I never took my bikes anywhere else. Everything from cable issues, to replacing a speedometer, transmission grief, lighting modifications, throttle problems, John took care of them all. One time, when the bike was dead (battery) he actually drove over to my house with a trailer, picked the bike up and took it back to his shop. Some time later, shortly after spending some money with him to resolve a transmission problem, I had the good fortune to find a good deal on magnificent ElectraGlide, for which I traded my Road King. I had couple of things I wanted to modify so I rode over to 76 cycle to see what John thought . When I walked in, after seeing it was me, John asked me if I had a new bike...he said whatever I rode up on sounded different from my Road King. I told him he was probably going to think I was an idiot after just spending money to get the tranny fixed I traded it. He walked outside with me, took one look and said "No man is ever an idiot for buying an ElectraGlide." I have absolute trust and confidence this man with my motorcycle. If you live in the Richland / Lexington county area and you're taking your Harley anywhere else, you're probably making a mistake.
