I make my appointments in the morning And get there two hours early. The Oasis restaurant makes the best breakfast in town. Made to order or self serve eggs bacon sausage , if rather, they cook up omelets any way ya want them. And best ever coffee. Next upstairs to Dr. Hassels office. First they adjust pacemaker , then visit with Doctor Hassel. He finds out what he needs to know and I am out of there. I had to take some tests and had to deal with Out Patient desk. They were very helpful and every thing was done with a smile and relaxed. Just super ! The one thing is interesting I think I walked into the Oasis restaurant and I am type 2 diabetes. I had a slight dizzy spell. The cook wanted to stop cooking and take me to a chair. Two nurses were there waiting for breakfast. They took over and carried my tray to the table for me. Tell me it is better some where else . sorry I won't believe it.

Caution: she sometimes runs late on appointments, but if you bring a book, it's no big deal. I'd much rather have someone who listens and tries to understand all of the health issues (and how the various medications and vitamins interact) than a quick-in-and-out doctor who just writes a prescription and send you on. Oh, and Dr. Ketty has actually called me to see how a new medication is working out. Amazing in these times!

She is equivalent to the high caliber doctors I had in Minneapolis and Dallas years ago. Office efficiency: Checking in or out can be frustrating at times. The wait tends to be long as you stand in line by the entrance but I think it's just the system that needs re-evaluated. The process could be modernized with check in kiosks maybe.
