We were unfamiliar with Honduran food and the server patiently explained the menu to us. Tried the zucchini pupusa. Great. Baleadas were large and on special. Chips with sour cream and beans came complimentary. Pastelitos were delicious and served with something similar to coleslaw. Excellent all around including the service and atmosphere. read more

This restaurant is a hidden gem that deserves more business. The first thing I noticed was the decor. It was tropical, Honduran-themed, and a breath of fresh air. Maps of Honduras, family pictures, and parrots adorn the walls. Whoever decorated did a great job, and I immediately felt welcomed and at ease. My husband and I were brought a large basket of nachos on arrival. They contained homemade chips, beans, crema, and cheese. The nachos alone were enough to make me happy. I ordered a birria pupusa, a flower pupusa, and guacamole. The pupusas were very big, and each came with their own toppings and sauces. The birria was flavorful and the pupusa was soft and very cheesy. The flower pupusa came with a tiny broth and a tasty cabbage salad. The guacamole was the best I have eaten in the area. I really recommend adding some of the pickled onions at each table to your food. My husband ordered the chicken tacos, which were rolled tacos with shredded chicken. They come with a sauce and cabbage salad on top that he really loved. I would place Sabor Catracho very high up on our list. I have never eaten Honduran food, but it was excellent. It was nice to try something new, and the prices and service were excellent. read more

Came here a week after they opened, breaking my 'rule' of letting new places work out the kinks before visiting and I'm so glad we did! The food was amazing and the service was great especially considering they just opened!! The desayuno tipico was great as well as my husband's huevos rancheros. They provided some complimentary chips with beans and cheese. We also ordered a pupusa de queso which was absolutely delicious too. We did not need help with the menu but overheard our server doing a great job of explaining the menu to people unfamiliar with the food, so if you're intimidated to try something new don't be! read more

We have visited this wonderful gem of a Honduran family owned restaurant twice since it opened. Once seated, wait staff quickly delivers home made tortilla chips with refried black beans, crema, and queso. It only gets better from there. Everything we have tried has been wonderful.
