After glancing over the menu we decided to order a bottle of wine for the four of us. My kids pick a Diet Coke and Dr. Peper. We were also given bottle water to drink as well. Once are drinks were ordered, we ordered dinner. My dad order the red snapper, my mom ordered the Lobster pizza, my husband ordered the mochaheta, my son got the Surf and Turf, my daughter ordered the sea food pasta, and I ordered the coconut shrimp. Oh man, they did not disappoint. Starting first with the guacamole, which was made table-side, it was so fresh and seasoned just right. We decided to stay with the Shrimp entrees, my wife choosing the jumbo garlic, and i had the Arriero jumbo shrimp. I must say it was the BEST grilled shrimp we have ever had. It was butterflied, and was so succulent and tender. Just amazing. We finished off with the lava cake, and it was perfectly baked with a liquid chocolate center. We are staying at the Flamingos Villa Del Palmar, and it only a $9.00 Uber ride to the Restaurant. If your are craving grilled shrimp, this is the place to go.
