We split the fish but she inhaled her salad unbeknownst that my salad was to never show up. He was so busy with other guests I couldn't get his attention so I let it go. I asked for a little rice or something to fill me up but they didn't have a lot of options. The reservation stated there was a birthday and while we were waiting of at least 25 to 30minutes to bring the desert with the sparkler I didn't know two guests on separate occasions left the table to remind them because the wait was so long. I could care less about the sparkler but having our guests looking for our waiter to remind him to bring a desert was super embarrassing. I would have addressed this with the manager but it was my birthday and didn't want to end the evening on a negative note or make the other guests feel uncomfortable. You have one of the most spectacular views in all of Cabo and I hope in the future you can create a better dining experience for your other guests.
