We booked for 4 people and then when they emailed us back confirmation we saw that children were not allowed. So we called to change the booking from 4 people to 2 people so that myself and my wife could take our son to the nearby park. They refused to change it even though it had only been 30 minutes since we made the booking. They spent 10 minutes telling us they could not change the booking and instead offering to have us pay full price for our child to come. My wife was on the phone with them for 10 minutes and then I tried to talk to them and lost my temper due to the poor service. I am sorry I lost my temper. The hostess was quite dismissive and unhelpful. We were going to bring 5 people to your restaurant for lunch and just needed to change from 4 people to 2 people for the wine tasting after since you don't allow kids (which you only told us after we paid and booked).
