The food is really nice and the service has always been really great. Even if they are really busy, they always let you know how long your food will be and come and check if you need more drinks. If you haven't booked a table, you are given a beeper that goes off when a table is available which is much better than having your name shouted out and not hearing it! There is a bar area that you can sit at while you are waiting for a table. The bar area can become pretty crowded though, that is the only down side. I really like the atmosphere here, it's really lively and upbeat and its somewhere that is suitable for couples, groups or families. Learn Italian tapes on in the toilets. What could possibly go wrong??? Well it would help if they actually cooked a proper meal rather than just reheating and microwaving everything. This is part of a chain so you can't blame the poorly trained staff onsite. However, reading some of the other reviews on this restaurant it seems that most people don't mind eating this kind of stuff and so the chain along with all the other TFIs and Bella Pastas will maintain its hold over the British dining out experience. The only saving grace are the pizzas, which at least some semblence of the genuine article. My recommendations: If you like Italian food go to Pino Nonno in Burton Latimer. If you like burgers and steaks go anywhere but here!!! If you are looking for a quick meal near the Odeon go to Nandos. You have been warned!!!
