It is a great place to go to grab a meal while visiting the bowling alley or cinema as they are within walking distance from each other. There is plenty of car parking in the large car park. Inside, it looks quite small when you first walk in but it goes back quite a way and is actually pretty big inside with plenty of tables. It's fresh and modern looking and the service is always good. The toilets are clean. Pizza hut are often doing special offer coupons that you can apply for online and print off at home. The latest offers have been for 50% off your bill (excluding drinks, but if you order a soft drink at any time anyway they are always on free refills). We went at the weekend and had a 50% off voucher as did many other people, so the wait for a table was 45 minutes, but we put our name down, went for a drink in the nearby pub the Tavern and went back over later and our table was ready for us. The waitress was really helpful and the food was lovely. I had one of the new pasta dishes and the others had pizzas. You can ask for a box so you can take some of your pizza home if you can't manage it all. A great place to go for a meal that is suitable for the whole family.

When we have managed to get seated, the food has been OK in that 'Pizza Hut' kind of way: palatable at a certain temperature, but quickly losing its appeal once it starts to get a little colder. Service here has been mixed, with one set of waitresses giving great attention and others being a complete let down - you take your chances. Pizza Hut was the first pace my kids ever ate starters, so they have a bit of an affinity with the chain, and of course they love the ice cream machines. I used to enjoy the cosy atmosphere of Pizza Hut Leicester Square when I first started living in London, but these bigger retail-outlet Pizza Huts do absolutely nothing but irritate me. There is too much noise and the food is exceptionally ordinary, so I try and avoid them as much as I can, except when the kids have been good and they get to choose. Having taken the kids to a few Pizza Expresses now, they are finally seeing for themselves that pizza does not have to be thick and stodgy, and it can taste fresh and exciting. I like that they are moving in a slightly more taste-driven direction and I suppose I have to thank Pizza Hut for helping me educate them in that respect. I give this restaurant a three, as it can sometimes be quite handy, and the staff are friendly enough - if you get the right ones.

We had pre booked and were a large party, however we were sat upstairs and spilt between two booths, which made chatting a little bit difficult. They do have seating on the basement floor for large parties but it seems they had a children's party that were booked in, at the same time as us. It was just a bit of a surprise, to not all be on the same table. The menu is basic, nothing crazy on it -- just your usual pizzas, but done well. Additional toppings are a £1. What annoyed me though was I asked to substitute a topping on my pizza but was still charged the extra £1 even though I didn't have anymore toppings! I like that all the Brooklyn bottled beers apart from the corked ones are the same price regardless of ABV -- they were out of Octoberfest though :( We tried a variety of their pizzas, I like their ham they use, and the pepperoni is small but thick cut, the pineapple could do with being cut larger. The service was good and friendly, they give you chocolate dinner mints with your bill too, which is a nice touch. I have been to the Brooklyn Brewery in New York and I appreciated how they use the same board to display the beer offerings. There isn't much for starters or desserts on the menu -- the cheesecakes change daily and they only had Mango :( when we were in, and the ice cream was good but they are all served in their own individual ice cream pots from Mario's ice cream -- however slightly overpriced. I also found it odd the kids get the same amount of ice cream as the adults but it only costs £1 for the kids and £2.95 for the adults. The same with the pizza, the kids pizzas was only a little bit smaller than the adults. The pizza and beer is good, and I'm sure I'll be back again -- I want to try their cheesecake!!

We were so hungry that we ate the pizzas anyway, but obviously it is frustrating to receive pizzas with the wrong toppings and missing side orders. I was just about to complain on their website when Brooklyn Pizza bar called me to apologize and offer me compensation or some complimentary beers. I must praise them for having the decency to offer to resolve the situation as soon as they realized their mistake. I'm hoping I was just unlucky as the peperoni pizza was very good. I'm willing to give them another try, so I'll update this review if I find that incorrect orders are a consistent error.
