We came here because a coworker invited us, and she was being really kind, so I didn't think to check the price beforehand. I ended up only eating the salad, and with dessert my total came to about $66. For someone who doesn't eat the main attraction, that price felt a bit high -- honestly, I felt a little ripped off, LOL. Not the restaurant's fault at all; this is exactly how churrascarias work. The food and wine were all top-notch, and they brought whatever cut of meat you asked for, instead of waiting for the "good stuff" like the Picanha. The salad bar was great as well, although I was a bit disappointed that they didn't have any Feijoada, which is usually a staple at any Churrascaria in Brazil. Again, there are several good Churrascarias here, but if you want the best, you won't get any better than Barbacoa!

I added 2 Longaniza and a Pao (a lot like their cheese bread but grilled!). The Longaniza was on the firm dry side but so flavorful it perked up the grainy rice that had a reed like wild rice flavor. The fries were spot on pomme frites and the caesar salad was alright--fresh and good dressing. My steak was grilled spot on medium, and had a lovely char. Firm bite like a proper sirloin with a deep beefiness that satisfied. I ordered a refreshing passion fruit lemonade to brighten the meal and enjoyed munching on the passion fruit seeds.
