They served some of the best bread I had in Lausanne with a deliciously potent, traditional mustard. The salmon was cooked to perfection -- a deliciously crisp outside with a juicy, tender interior. The presentation, sides felt a bit extraneous. The figue dessert was terrific, featuring a raspberry sorbet center-piece supported with cooked and raw fig, orange, and meringue.
