It took around 15 minutes for our lunch to arrive since they make each one individually. The presentation was very nice with bean sprouts, grated carrots, rice noodles and salad in an Asian bowl. There is a clear sauce that you pour over the dish before eating it. Both of us felt our dishes were excellent. The salad and carrots were very fresh, as were the bean sprouts. The noodles were cooked perfectly and the overall taste was excellent. We were so full after eating the main dish, we had to skip desert. We plan to return many times to this restaurant.

What a privilege to be able to enjoy well prepared Vietnamese food served in large portions. The pork served with both #49 and 58 were both juicy, tender, well- seasoned with great depth of flavor and texture. We also enjoyed the 3 bean drink. Reminds me of the Filipino halo- halo. My family made reservations for noon on a Saturday and thankfully so, because the line was out the door upon arrival. We ordered a pho dac biet (#15) and bun bo hue dac biet (#24) . Come hungry, because their large bowls are massive! Their pho was so nourishing and comforting on a rainy day. Each bowl loaded with a hefty serving of meat, tendon and tripe. The herbs were incredibly fresh and even came with culantro! But the star of this meal had to be the bun bo hue; I haven't had such an amazing bun bo hue from a restaurant in a long time. The broth was beefy and loaded with tender pieces of meat, but also finally had enough of the lemongrass essence I crave for in bbh. It packed just the right amount of heat without it being overpowering or mouth-numbing. I practically licked the bowl clean at the end of the meal. My family was ecstatic to have found another spot that hits close to home for them. Flavors are impeccable and portion sizes are very generous. We already decided that we will be regulars. I was absolutely surprised by the fantastic flavor in the Tom Yum and Pad Thai I had the other night. I will DEFINITELY be going back. Also to note, is that the customer services was great. The young lady who was serving all the guests was very helpful. My friend and I got there in the evening so they must have only had one server, but she was helpful, patient, and spoke very good english (for someone who knows little French). I would say, in Saint-Sauveur, this is a MUST TRY!
