Nice setting, but falls short in terms of service and *most* of the food. Although there was a young female greeter, I had to physically walk right up to her face, in order to be seated...even though there was no one else waiting in front of me. Pizza was the best thing we ordered! Be warned that it was more Quebequois style, thicker with ingredients, on the wetter side, but it tasted good. Caprese (but how can you mess that up?) and White pasta with clams were also good, but not great. The other two pastas, namely Spaghetti & Meatballs in Bolognese, Pasta in Tomato Cream sauce were mediocre. Pastas weren't al dente (a bit overcooked), sauces were meh. I can really make better at home and I'm far from a chef. When the Server finally arrived, we had been waiting quite some time. Server was nice, but not super attentive. Long pauses in between courses. Maybe they were short staffed? In any event, with prices like this, food better be up-to-par with attentive service! It pains me to write this review as Tre Colori has been a huge staple for my family, even since before I was born. I had a horrible experience trying to place a large order of pizza for a family party. There is a waitress named Tracy Ramsey works there, and I had a falling out with her daughter a few years ago. This post is not to get into that, or point fingers regarding that situation. Tracy, however, decided to bring this situation into work on Saturday. I had lots of family from across Canada coming for my uncle's 60th birthday, and we wanted all of his favourites there. My brother had called to make sure that my aunt had already ordered, and Tracy answered the phone and said that there were no orders. He said he would contact my aunt to call back and so we did. This time, Tracy answered the phone and said my brothers number was on a no serve list all of a sudden, and she wouldn't be placing our order. My brother has only had this new number for a couple months and doesn't live near Chambly, so there would be no reason for this. We offered to pay over the phone so the $150 of pizza would be paid for and she refused saying that over the phone payments isn't something they offer. She said he only thing we can do is drive all the way to Chambly to place the order and wait as they prepare and cook it on site and then we could collect it. Needing to make today as special as we could for my Uncle and Aunt, my brother agreed but said he wasn't overly impressed with the lack of customer service. Tracy then responded "Well I'm not happy with how you and your brother treated Katherine two summers ago but I don't call you to bitch about it." My aunt decided to call in and as she recently married into the family and kept her family name, Tracy was happy to take the order AND accept payment over the phone, something she would not allow us to do. We are all severely unimpressed with the lack of service and the lack of excellence usually found at Tre Colori, and extremely disappointed with Tracy Ramsey's lack pf professionalism at work. It is absurd that Tracy Ramsey, who is only a waitress and not an owner, can choose who can and cannot get served takeout based on something that her daughter was a part of a few years ago. We have always loved Tre Colori, even bringing back pizzas for the whole family and other Chambly friends who have moved to Ontario throughout the year. We will no longer be supporting Tre Colori (not with our business or our good word of mouth). We hope that Tracy isn't refusing takeout services to everyone who has had a problem with her children or husband in the past, as passing up on various $150 pizza orders probably isn't good for business. We wish the owners the best, however, we simply cannot support a business that keeps unprofessional, unwelcoming, and childish staff. read more

J'ai eu une expérience horrible en essayant de passer une grosse commande de pizza pour une fête de famille. Ce message n'est pas d'entrer dans cela, ou de pointer du doigt cette situation. Tracy, cependant, a décidé de mettre cette situation au travail samedi. J'avais beaucoup de famille qui sont venu de partout au Canada pour le 60e anniversaire de mon oncle, et nous voulions tous ses favoris pour la fête. Mon frère avait appelé pour s'assurer que ma tante avait déjà commandé, et Tracy a répondu au téléphone et a dit qu'il n'y avait pas de commandes. Il a dit qu'il contacterait ma tante pour rappeler et nous l'avons fait. Cette fois, Tracy a répondu au téléphone et a dit que le numéro de mon frère était soudainement sur une liste de non-servir et qu'elle ne passerait pas notre commande. Mon frère n'a ce nouveau numéro que depuis quelques mois et n'habite pas près de Chambly, donc il n'y aurait aucune raison à cela. Nous avons proposé de payer par téléphone pour que les 150 $ de pizza soient payés et elle a refusé en disant que les paiements par téléphone n'étaient pas quelque chose qu'ils offraient. Elle a dit que la seule chose que nous puissions faire est de conduire jusqu'à Chambly pour passer la commande et d'attendre qu'ils la préparent et la cuisent sur place, puis nous pourrions la récupérer. Ayant besoin de rendre aujourd'hui aussi spécial que possible pour mon oncle et ma tante, mon frère a accepté mais a dit qu'il n'était pas trop impressionné par le manque de service a la clientele. Tracy a alors répondu "Eh bien, je ne suis pas content de la façon dont vous et votre frère avez traité Katherine il y a deux étés, mais je ne vous appelle pas pour râler." Ma tante a décidé d'appeler et comme elle s'est récemment mariée dans la famille et a gardé son nom de famille, Tracy était heureuse de prendre la commande ET d'accepter le paiement par téléphone, ce qu'elle ne nous permettrait pas de faire. Nous sommes tous très peu impressionnés par le manque de service et le manque d'excellence que l'on trouve généralement chez Tre Colori, et extrêmement déçus par le manque de professionnalisme de Tracy Ramsey au travail. Il est absurde que Tracy Ramsey, qui n'est qu'une serveuse et non une propriétaire, puisse choisir qui peut et ne peut pas se faire servir des plats à emporter en se basant sur quelque chose dont sa fille faisait partie il y a quelques années. Nous avons toujours aimé Tre Colori, ramenant même des pizzas pour toute la famille et autres amis de Chambly qui ont déménagé en Ontario tout au long de les années. Nous ne soutiendrons plus Tre Colori (pas avec notre entreprise ou notre bon bouche à oreille). Nous espérons que Tracy ne refuse pas les services de plats à emporter à tous ceux qui ont eu un problème avec ses enfants ou son mari dans le passé, car laisser passer diverses commandes de pizza de 150 $ n'est probablement pas bon pour les affaires. First time trying this place and I must say we weren't quite impressed. Our appetizers were great, we had the burrata which was amazing. My pasta was overcooked and tasteless, my boyfriend had the pizza and was very disappointed. Service was good and the place is nice. We used to come 10 times per year because it was so good. But now, we've cut back to 1. Yesterday, it was my grandpa's birthday party and I ordered a mixed salad and it was excellent. I had the $34 pre fixed menu, cheese starter with truffled honey and a seafood pasta main course. I requested a tomato based sauce as opposed to the cream sauce (all 3 dinner options were cream sauced). Upon arrival, I could smell the tinny tomato can smell, and I knew the sauce would be undercooked, which it was. The dish came with two large shrimp, a few mussels and clams and crab claws, which made for ungraceful dining. Not sure how cracking the crab claws open that are covered in tomato sauce makes much sense. The dessert was nice and the waiter was attentive, even though I had ordered the salad as my starter and not the cheese. My friends pizza was "ok" he said. I gave this restaurant a second chance . The first time, the food was no a great thing . The price was very high for what we got. I most recently went back . It was not better . A fixed menu 50$. We were a big group , curious I asked people around me what they thought . People were not pleased . I have to say , we were a group of Italians . I am very sorry to say, considering presentation , quality of food and price , I would not recommend . Staff is polite but understaffed . The restaurant and location is very beautiful . Went there with my best friend back in December for dinner and was more than satisfied! Staff was courteous and friendly, the decor and atmosphere was lovely, and the food! We loved every bit of it and even had dessert! I highly recommend this wonderful restaurant! read more
