Bacon and cheese spätzle (basically, mac and cheese with bacon). We were all about the carbs tonight and it was all delicious. Lots of food, all easily shareable and the service was excellent. I don't know how "traditional" Alsatian this is, but it was yummy. We were here for close to two hours and at no time did we feel rushed. The restaurant is located on a nice tree filled square. We ordered a salad which we shared, followed by a meat and fish main course. Both main courses were nicely prepared. My wife really enjoyed meat dish special with spätzle, I enjoyed the fish with rice (both pictured). Service was excellent. We also enjoyed a bottle of rose - the wine prices are excellent throughout Strasbourg. Highly recommended.
