They are high if your contrast class is Indian food in the US, but not high for Switzerland generally or Montreux specifically, where frankly everything everywhere is ridiculously expensive. I got samosa, entree, rice, and naan for ~$40 which sounds obscene until you realize a cup of hot cocoa in this town will cost you $12 (seriously I got cocoa earlier today and it was $12!) Highly recommend if you're lucky enough to find yourself in this beautiful Alpine town.

The ingredients are fresh, and expertly prepared. They are amazingly delicious. The owner is friendly and often chats with customers. She can be seen at almost every meal. W hile all Indian restaurants are vegetarian-friendly, what makes this one stand out is that at the weekday buffet, if you tell them you're veg, they will prepare a fresh dish for you to make up for the fact that only 2 of the many dishes are veg. Don't fill up on dahl and mixed veggie! The fresh dish, which is different every time, is always amazing. The service is a bit slow, with the buffet appetizers being set out around noon, the main dishes slightly after, and the dessert around quarter till one. They only have one waitress.
