Upon arriving, I waited at the front for a few minutes before anybody even acknowledged me, once we sat down we waited another 10 minutes to even get a menu. They don't have enough menus, so we had to wait for the table next to us to finish with the menu before the waiter handed us their menus. Once we chose what we wanted, we waited another 5-10 minutes before we had to flag a waiter to take our order. We also didn't get any water/drinks for about half an hour after sitting down. The restaurant smells like sweat...and they do NOT give free water at all. The room is TOO loud, there's loud music, loud bar sounds and just overall loud general noises. Also the hostess wearing black yelled at multiple waiters a few times in front of guests so that was weird... Anyways, on to the food..... Portions are TOO small, ridiculously overpriced. The food didn't come out at the same time, one of six of us nearly finished her food before the rest of us got anything. The table besides us, had 5, and only 2 received their food and finished it completely before the other 3 received their food. We ordered 2 of the same plate, and only one came. Unfortunately for me I was the odd one out waiting another 14 minutes for my plate. The only positive, the food was actually good. It wasn't amazing, but it was good, except one of my kafta's was raw. They also offered us tea in the end to compensate for the awful service, just for them to never give it. Overall, congrats to this restaurant! This takes the cake as the WORST restaurant I've ever been to. Dreadful service and ambiance. Please come here if you want to lose your mind.

It's a Kurdish restaurant in a gritty part of Paris that sells dürüm wraps, which are essentially a Turkish street food made by rolling soft flatbread around grilled meat and fresh vegetables. After a rough first meal in the City of Light that was a €50 half chicken, my soul needed this. Everything is made to order right in front of your face, and it SHOWS. We went with a chicken and a beef durum that ran €9.50, which gave my Chase Sapphire Preferred card a much needed breather. I'm struggling to find adjectives that describe how good this soft flatbread was, and I'm rarely at a loss for words. The best I can come up with is "tangibly fresh." I preferred the beef to the chicken, as it almost melted in your mouth. So damn tender. Whenever anyone asks me for a Paris rec, Urfa Dürüm will be right near the top of my list. My husband and I were worn out after two weeks of travel, and dropping many Euros for subpar French food that was not satiating or deliciouz. We were so thankful to stumble across this gem after checking into our final hotel of Paris. While there was a slight language barrier due to my husband and I being unable to speak French, the waitress went out of her way to accommodate and clarify menu options. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful! This was the best meal we had in France--a huge quantity of food with complex, deep flavors, clean facility, great service, all at a great price point. We ordered two "sandwiches"--chicken patty and Donner kebab and 2 Waters for under €15. We were stuffed!

My husband is Turkish and is always up for Turkish food and we say this place was rated highly on Yelp so we gave it a shot and everything was really great! We started out with some kibbeh and lamachun. Both were wonderful and better than some of the same dishes we had in Turkey. I decided to have a little French flair and opted for some steak. It was an enormous portion and came with a delicious salad, some sauteed vegetables and frites. There was also a pepper sauce for the steak. It was all very good. The salad and veggies were delicious and the steak was well prepared....the "au poivre" sauce was also wonderful. I liked the fries but there was so much food I couldn't finish. We literally could have split this meal. Service was very friendly-could be that we ordered everything in Turkish rather than French or English-and we left happy and satisfied.
