We chose to let the chef decide the meal, every dish a surprise, and we enjoyed every bit of it.
This is an old school setting with an Escofier trained chef making the best quality traditional French -- no nouvelle cuisine here. Real sauces done the way they're supposed to be, classic in the best of the old ways.
This man cooks from the heart and continues to do so in his 70s for the love of the art.
And you really cant beat the value. In many parts of France you'll pay twice as much for a meal half as good.
This is great French cuisine the way it was in back the 50s and 60s. It is a disappearing art. Go. Now. Before it is too late.
