The restaurant was quiet and there happened to be a power outlet at this table, which was very helpful! Fresh and hot, the sandwich actually had the fries on it. An interesting twist and delicious. Plenty of meat and sauce and veggies, all wrapped up in a warm and soft pita. I enjoyed it with a Mythos (Greek-brewed beer).

It's on Fiolstraede street which was busy with people out enjoying the day. I started with the Taramosalata (Fish roe salad) which was very good and is enough for two if not three as an appetizer. Also had the Octopus which was okay. Main course was the Pork & Chicken Gyro plate which came with a Greek salad and fries. (A lot of food-took a good portion home). Beware-If you're not a fan of raw onions, let them know as they put them on top of the meat:0. My server was wonderful and the owner was walking around talking to guests. Great Greek food with friendly service and reasonable prices-I will be back!

And I have to say it's one of the most diverse brunches you can get in cph. It included one joghurt with honey and nuts for starters and then on the main course was Greek salad, strapatsada (scrambled eggs with tomato) one pita with cheese and herbs inside and Greek traditional sausage (with vinegar taste). There was coffee and tea included as well and a juice which I didn't like so much but who cares. The space is nice and has it's windows to the street for the ones who like to look at people passing. The service is good and they are very friendly people. You can buy Greek products too like sundries tomatoes, olives or traditional pasta. Recommended when you want something different and tasty, or if you miss Greek food!
Fantastic greek place in Frederiksberg !!!!…read more You miss summer? Go here, you feel like you're in Greece. A nicely little restaurant ( mainly for lunch) in Frederiksberg. The interior looks like a real greek restaurant and the owner is so nice. And he likes to talk about his food and beverages. The food was really amazing !!! It was really delicious. I couldn't stop eating. We had the meatball and the kind of pizza thing. It was so well flavoured. This might become a regular place for me. Espacially in the rainy summer as now you will feel a bit more in the south !!!

I had the meatballs and my girlfriend had the lamb and vegetables. Though both were delicious, we were blown away by the lamb and veggies. The owner went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even when there was a slight hiccup with our card (always bring cash to be safe)! We have made it a point to return during our trip to try some more of the menu.

The restaurant is very small and was filled with locals when we dined (9pm-ish on a Friday night). My husband ordered the gyros and the plate included meat, fried potatoes, rice, hummus, and something else which escapes my mind. The plate DID NOT include pita which we found slightly strange. The hummus is some of the best I have had and the salt on the potatoes was delicious. I know, salt. Delicious. But it was and it's a bit pathetic that the salt is part of my memory of this restaurant. Service was good - run by the owner. Menus are available in English and the owner spoke English, so no communication problems here! A nice, quaint restaurant where you can enjoy a quiet night out and stay as long as you want without feeling rushed.

Perhaps because of the kitsch exterior deco or the empty looking display window... Now that I have tried it I can say that I was pleasantly surprised! I ordered the daily dish which was a sort of stew - loads of green veggies and proper pork pieces. It was honestly super tasty and I finished up in like five minutes feeling very satisfied. They served me some traditional bread on the side which was tasty as well and a good match for the plate. For drinks I ordered a "Red Donky" a hoppy dark ale, very tastful! Finishing up my meal they served me a complementary warm chocolate-banana pastry - now that's the kind of service I like! Well done!
