Came here for the vegan prix fixe menu and was not disappointed. First course was a tomato sorbet with basil and croutons, second course was an array of vegetables (and flowers!) over potato mash with an incredibly delicious sauce remniscient of hollandaise. Dessert was a mascarpone-style cream with strawberry sorbet, fresh strawberries, basil, and cherry tomatoes. Prices were great, wine was exceptional. Highly recommend this place. read more

Le restaurant a vu le jour le Mardi 12 Juillet 2016. Collé au Botafogo, vous pourrai venir profiter de notre terrasse et de notre intérieur avec cuisine ouverte.

Meet the Manager: Aurélien C.

Les propriétaires sont Romaric et Rémi Cros. Ils ont créé le restaurant afin de faire un lieu unique dans le centre ville de Narbonne où les gens s'y sentent bien et viennent savourer des bons plats accompagné d'une bouteille de vin auprès de 50 références du Languedoc. Le Chef Fabien De Bruyn, des Corbières, était déja le chef dans le restaurant du Botafogo. Il continue l'aventure avec les frères CROS pour animer le plaisir gustatif des clients.
