This might have been the best pork tenderloin I've ever had. The before and after parts of the 3 course meal were large and delicious but I will always remember the main dish. Service was very quick which helped us keep on time for our tour to continue. We chose to eat outside in the courtyard on a sunny November day but there were tables inside with a view of the river if you need air conditioning in a summer month. 25 euros for the amount of food feels like a steal.

The staff was so friendly and hardworking. We had the opportunity to meet the owner and he has an amazing story on how this place started. The ambiance is cozy and surprising quite a bit of seating. Les Vinyes served up a delicious platter of perfectly-cooked peppers, which paired very well with our chilled wine. We then had the lamb ribs and the salmon "tacos" for our entrees. The tacos are definitely NOT tacos as you would expect in America - they're much better! Think of a cracker served with a large chunk of raw sushi salmon with guacamole and hummus... mmm. The lamb also was a great choice, and looking around the restaurant, I didn't see a single dish that looked unappetizing. We then ended with some of the house desserts. When we left, people were filling the place, so the locals definitely know where the good food is at. All in all, we ended up paying less than $50 American for a three course meal with bread and wine for two people, which I think is a great deal.

I understand that restaurants charge reservations, but what they have done is unacceptable. I booked in advance by paying a 60€ deposit and, when we arrived, it turned out that it was their last day before vacation. The pathetic thing is that, knowing this, they opened the doors and accepted reservations when they only had 2 dishes on the entire menu; Even more pathetic they had neither potatoes nor soft drinks. We had to go to eat at the restaurant next door. The owner assured me in person that they would return my deposit, but it's been 5 months and I'm still waiting. I have tried to contact by phone and email repeatedly and they totally ignore me. It is shameful and an absolute lack of professionalism to keep the money for a service that they could not provide. Please be careful with this type of practice that borders on scam. Avoid it at all costs! Please send a note to the restaurant so that they understand that ethics are fundamental in any business. Rather than opting for a fancy and tempting decadent dessert, I elected to have a pear. One of the two massive pears that arrived unadorned on a simple plate was the sweetest and juiciest I have ever tasted! A knife went through it just like passing through soft butter. Sated, I gave away the other gorgeous fruit to our tour leader. Service was friendly and efficient, and the ambiance cozy and romantic! Portions were large, too! Very flavorful and fast experience. Oxtail and mashed potatoes 10/10: the oxtail meet is so tender and flavorful. The mashed potatoes pair so well with the oxtail. Mushroom, steak, and egg yolk 9/10: soo flavorful and balance of veggies and protein. Amazing textures and flavors. Sparkling sangria: 8/10 I don't normally live the taste of alcohol but this was great. Not tooooo strong and if tastes pretty good if you mix it with the orange juice. Fresh orange juice: 10/10 so tangy and delicious. I can't recommend it enough. Patatas bravas: 9/10 solid no complaints! Dessert Tapas: - bread dessert (Tarija): 11/10 amazing dessert that is creamy, cameralized, and has a mochi like texture.
