You have to have a license to come inside. Everything is super bulk size, but there are also things you can buy in singles. A friend brought me along, so I was able to peruse and snag a few things for personal use. But mainly, everything is in huge sizes, think bigger than Costco. Things are well organized, but I'd have to come a few more times to get a better feel for shopping around here. Other shoppers were clearly restaurant/food truck owners grabbing things for their business, so I felt a little out of place, but no one cared that I looked out of place lol. Park near the entrance, in the covered area of the parking lot. Carts are huge and tall but slim - not as easy to maneuver than regular carts, but I can see the wisdom of the design during busy hours and lots of business owners scampering to get their place ready in the morning. I didn't think the prices were amazing deals - but I'm usually hunting for bargains and know where I can get my bargains. But for really bulk items, this would be a nice place to come for easy access without having to think too much about overhead. read more

My experience was meh. I signed up online thinking I could go in and shop but I was wrong. I got to the cashier and my card wouldn't work. I went to the service desk and was told I need one of several documents like a business license. I had none. I was shopping for personal use They gave me a one day pass. Neither the cashier's or the person at the service desk were friendly. I just needed a large bowl. I was making tamales. I found what I needed and looked around a bit. They gave a wide assortment of foods from meat, to frozen, to industrial sized whatever you need. Basically like a Sam's club for chefs. Including supplies and packaging. It was pretty cool inside but I didn't feel particularly welcome. Got what I needed though. read more

I've been to this location at least a dozen times. Try saying hi or thank you to the cashier and you'll see the quality of people they hire. You won't get any verbal response or eye contact. This is a consistent experience. I'm not sure where they bus these people from but it's sad. read more

This is for business to business sales only. Restaurants and nonprofits utilize this business mainly. Some items are only available through them and are priced competitively, others are not. Quantities are larger so you'd rarely find reason to try shopping here for a family. I find their overall quality good to excellent. I use them for church and Scout dinners, events or outreach. It can be a bit of a madhouse inside with everything seeming to be moving, but I think they're great. Most of the charities I work with are short on cash, so I end up covering many events. The savings are appreciated and again, the quality is good. The staff is always helpful too. If they can't find an answer for you, they'll find someone who can answer your questions. Oh and the selections are always good. They may not have the exact brands you'll find at a warehouse store, but their options have been as good or better. I highly recommend them to anyone working in the restaurant trades, soup kitchens or scouting programs, where big quantities are required. read more

What a shit show of a store. Sold an item, we opened it next weekend after buying, it was moldy and old. We couldn't refund because it had been more than 72 hours. So if you're buying a lot of product for home use and you won't be opening it immediately what good is the refund policy? Am I expected to use everything the day of? We didn't come back a month later, it was a week because we decided to finally use the product on the following weekend after purchase. I would give this place zero stars if possible. All based on customer service. This was my first and last time there. As soon as we walked in, the lady at the front desk looked like she hated her job. And she did an excellent job at showing it. A customer was asking her for a receipt, it seemed he wanted a refund, and she refused to and kept rasing her voice at him. The men never raised his voice at her. She went on to making inappropriate face gestures and rolling her eyes. When it was my turn, she apologized for that... Ahhh... Wrong person to apologize to!!! Horrible service. Doesn't need sales. Most employees are lazy or refuse to help you because it's "not their area"..like can't even point you in a direction because it's not their area. Seriously? Cannot get anything done around here. Have been attempting to get a product for over a month and continue to get the run around. No one knows what's going on, and everyone has a different answer or just passes me to the next person whom doesn't answer to the phone or is also full of shit. I am on hold for many minutes to the point I just hang up. Since no one called me, I called for a product that was supposed to arrive on MONDAY, it's now Wednesday only to be told in literally a second (before I could finish my sentence) that it's not here. Even though the manager said per his order invoice it would arrive Monday. Also left a voicemail for the manager on Tuesday, with no response. Wow! This place knows how to sell stuff in bulk! It is only for restaurant or company owners/affiliates which makes this not a super busy place to shop at. Which obviously is great. It's also great because the cost is a fraction to what grocery stores end up charging. At least that is the math we did for fish. The only drawback is the wait at the checkout lanes. Be prepared to spend some serious time waiting in line because of the shear volume of products restaurant owners buy from here. That is the only drawback that I can think off, but for me, the savings was worth the wait! read more

The experience wasn't that good. While applying for an application, I called the store and asked what i need to bring in to complete my application and also mention the email send to me. The person i talk to on the phone say to bring whatever was require on the email. So i just brought the email since it ask about a seller license. When i got there, the front desk lady was rude and was giving me attitude. I told her i called and wasn't told to bring any other documents and ask if i don't have any of them, can i still shop for the day? She gave me a day pass and told me in a rude way, cash and card only no check and no refund. I understand working at a job can sometime be frustrated but they shouldn't give out those kind of attitude to the customer especially if the customer is just asking questions she doesn't know. it made me feel like i am bothering them and wasting their time.
